$SEAT tokens will be available to purchase with UST, Terra’s native stablecoin.

You’ll deposit UST via your Atlo account and receive $SEAT tokens to your designated NEAR wallet. If you don’t already have one, you can set up a NEAR wallet on their official website; you’ll need it in advance of the IDO.
Unlike phase one of our IDO, the Atlo sale will take place on one day only, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once Atlo’s allocation of 2,112,500 $SEAT tokens has been sold, that’s it, so you’ll have to move fast. We recommend getting your NEAR wallet set up, having some UST on hand, and familiarising yourself with the platform before the IDO so you’re ready to go as soon as the sale goes live.
How to participate in the $SEAT IDO on Atlo
You will need three things ready to go before the IDO to be in with a chance of bagging some $SEAT.
- A NEAR wallet set up and funded with some NEAR in order to claim your unique wallet address (see official website)
- Some UST (which will be used to buy $SEAT)
- You’ll also need to pass Atlo’s KYC process
If you haven’t done these three things before the sale date, you’ll probably be too late.
On the day of the sale, you’ll need to log onto Atlo, designate your NEAR wallet address (where you’ll receive your $SEAT tokens), and send UST to the contract address.
Why invest in $SEAT?
$SEAT will be the native utility token of the SeatlabNFT marketplace. But rather than using it as the sole means of payment on the platform, we’re going to give holders a whole bunch of perks and new ways to interact with the platform. You don’t ever need to hold $SEAT to use SeatlabNFT; you can still buy NFT tickets with fiat if you like via our integrated fiat on/off-ramp.
However, holding $SEAT will give you access to a discounted fee structure, a staking mechanism and allow you to claim free rewards from top brands and artists!
Buyers fee discount
By default, buyers pay a 5% fee on all NFT tickets and other assets purchased on our marketplace. This is reduced for people who hold $SEAT in line with the number of tokens they hold.
Staking
We’ll be allowing token holders to stake their $SEAT for a healthy APY. We’ll be releasing more information as we get closer to the staking mechanism going live.
SeatlabNFT rewards
One of the most exciting benefits of holding $SEAT is that people can claim rewards from top brands and artists. Every day your wallet holds $SEAT, you accumulate either Sapphire, Gold or Holographic points. The kind of points you accumulate depends on how many $SEAT you hold.
People can then use these points to claim exclusive rewards from artists and top global brands, including NFT tickets and other assets, flights, discount codes, experiences, and much more.
The rewards you can claim with Holographic points will be the most valuable, with Gold being the middle tier and Sapphire the base tier.
