1、 Advocate not to come (return) without necessity. It is suggested that citizens and friends take the initiative to persuade relatives who work, study and work abroad, especially those who are currently abroad (including abroad, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and in medium and high-risk areas, not to come (return) during the Qingming Festival; People with respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough consciously do not come (return) to caress.

2、 Party members and cadres set an example. The majority of Party members, cadres, public officials, deputies to people’s congresses at all levels and members of the Chinese people’s Political Consultative Conference should play a leading role, actively mobilize relatives who do business and work abroad not to return home for the time being, mobilize their families, relatives and friends to consciously abide by the provisions of “unnecessary and no going out of the city”, actively respond to the new trend of sacrifice, protect the environment and jointly fight the epidemic.

3、 The returnees shall take the initiative to report for filing. If you really need to return home during the Qingming Festival due to special circumstances, please consciously abide by the relevant provisions of our city on epidemic prevention and control, and report the itinerary to the destination community (village group) 3 days in advance. After coming (returning) to Fuzhou, various epidemic prevention and control measures were implemented in accordance with the requirements of the Circular of Fuzhou Xinguan pneumonia epidemic prevention and control emergency headquarters (No. 6 in 2022), especially the nucleic acid test twice in three days.

4、 Safe, orderly and civilized sweep. Advocate civilized and low-carbon methods such as network sweep, flower sweep, entrusted sweep and family remembrance. People over 3 years old should take the initiative to vaccinate the new crown vaccine in a standardized way. If you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough or diarrhea, you should take the initiative to the designated fever clinic, not to the clinic and other medical institutions or buy medicine by yourself. Don’t take public transport when you go to see a doctor, do personal protection throughout the process, and truthfully inform the relevant residence history and contact history of imported goods, cold chain food and so on.
