Perhaps you didn’t know, but Yuppies was born from the team behind MoveSpiders, an educational platform specializing in Move with free courses and development support. MoveSpiders started as a bridge for aspiring developers in the Aptos ecosystem, offering an incubation program backed by the Aptos Foundation with $1 million in funding to nurture projects. This foundation set the stage for something bigger.
The idea of Yuppies emerged organically through the work and vision of MoveSpiders. As the exclusive Aptos partner in Vietnam, MoveSpiders hosted a variety of events, including Future Forward—a highlight attended by Aptos Foundation members like David, Jerome, Max, and Luke. In addition, the Code Jam and Code Station events brought the energy of Aptos to Vietnam’s most vibrant cities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, building strong connections with the local community and developers. These events, and the interactions they sparked, planted the seeds for what Yuppies would become.

MoveSpiders’ journey wasn’t limited to Vietnam. Recently, we joined the Aptos Experience in Korea and later attended Aptos events at Token 2049 in Singapore.
