Introducing the Pre-Launch Quest, a hands-on campaign designed to help you build, test, and grow your Totem-based community in our testnet environment. If you plan to launch a community on Mytho — now or in the future — this is where it starts.

Quest Goals

• Practice the full mint → build → sell cycle on testnet

• Learn how Totems, Treasuries, and Merit work in real time

• Form the first wave of Mytho-native community leaders

• Prepare your project for mainnet migration with a real user base

Rewards

• Totem Champion  — Discord role awarded to anyone who achieves a full sell-out of their Totem on the testnet.

• 50,000 MYTHO — prize pool to be distributed into the treasuries of qualifying Totems on mainnet, based on one of two conditions:

– You migrate your Totem from testnet to mainnet (i.e., launch a real Totem) and achieve 100% sell-out on mainnet
– You represent an existing Soneium-based token or NFT project and launch it as a Totem on Mytho

📌 Rewards will be distributed only after migration to mainnet and full sell-out.

Not sure what your Totem should be about? Start with these simple prompts:

– What do you already care about? Think about your passions, inside jokes, favorite memes, causes you support, or niche communities you're already part of. If it matters to you, it will probably matter to others too.

– What’s trending right now? Check what’s buzzing on X (Twitter), Farcaster, or Reddit. Use trends as raw material—then give them your own twist. A good Totem doesn’t just follow the hype, it adds meaning to it.

– Is there a gap in your corner of the internet? Maybe your favorite subculture, fandom, or ideology doesn’t have a shared token yet. Why not be the one who creates it?

– **Make it weird, but relatable.**Great Totems are part identity, part inside joke. Don’t be afraid to get specific, clever, or absurd—just make sure your community knows what it stands for.

Step 1: Organize Your Community & Mint Your Totem

Create your community (if you haven’t registered yet)
– Launch a Discord server or Telegram channel for your future Totem.

Set up your X (Twitter) account if you haven’t registered yet
– Create or rename your account to match your Totem’s identity.

Mint your Totem on testnet– Go to https://test.mytho.io
– Connect to the Minato testnet
– Set name, description, and avatar for your Totem
– Click “Create Totem” (free, using test ASTR)

Register your Totem
– In our Discord channel #totem-launch, post:• Totem testnet link• Link to your Discord or Telegram• Link to your X account

Start selling your testnet Totem– Your aim is 100% sell-out!

Step 2: Build Your Mythology

• Post memes, updates, polls, and stories on X

• Drive activity in your Discord/Telegram: updates, invites, artwork, small events

• Grow awareness around your Totem’s identity and mission

Step 3: Mythum Hunt (Simulated Merit)

Grow your Totem’s X presence by focusing on:

• Follower growth

• Likes and retweets on your posts

📊 These metrics will be collected automatically via script at the end of the campaign and used to calculate your MYTHO reward share — just like our real Merit system.
