I, too, was in the dark on this topic, until researching, after hearing all of the allegations on Twitter, which is never-ending for Farokh. I researched this by way of both the SEC website and Law Firm websites that take on cases for victims against fraudsters that have broken the law. These are some of my research findings on how these fraudsters operate directly from these websites. They present a great idea they want to turn into a business or an
existing company that could be profitable with just a little help.
Securing investment capital is a necessary step for many
entrepreneurs and existing businesses. However, it would be best to
convince individuals that your idea or business is a sound investment
with an opportunity for profit.
Most investors will want to look carefully at the businesses or ideas
in which they intend to invest their money, as the person with the
company or vision may feel the need to convince potential investors
of the value the company or idea represents.
There’s nothing wrong with enthusiasm and persuasive speech, but
if you cross the line into outright lying, you could find yourself
accused and guilty of investment fraud.
Investor fraud takes on many forms. There is no shortage of methods
used to trick investors with false information. A few of the more
common situations in which people wind up committing investment
fraud is an illegal or unethical activity involving lying directly to the
investors to profit at the expense of the investors and others.
Investor fraud can also include false information, pump-and-dump
schemes, or trading on insider information; the fraudster seeks to
dupe investors through misrepresentation

He decided to do just this; he presented a massive opportunity to the
public with his NFT project, being sold as not just any NFT project.
This was a chance to be an owner with him in the first-ever
decentralized WEB3 Media Platform, turning his stages into a
business where all investors would now get rich with him. As still
stated today on the homepage, “Ownership means we get to decide
what we consume, how it’s delivered, and we ALL benefit from the
abundance created from it.” THIS IS A HUGE LIE, AND WE HAVE
THE UNDENIABLE PROOF. To top it off, The Rug Radio NFT

cryptocurrency tokens, a collection of 20,000, are twice as many as
the original inventory released by founders when this project was
released. He sold you this partnership into his new “web3platform”,
but this was just another scam. He was able to fool everyone by
selling 10s millions of dollars of NFTs to become his partner, only to
defraud his entire community and use them as sheep going to the
slaughter. The holders were sold an investment, “the first ever” fully
decentralized platform controlled by the people, and you would earn
money by just listening in to the drops Rug Radio would host.
The scheme was quite clever. Market, Promote and Sell people a
partnership to invest in the “first-ever” Web3 media brand owned by
you with you and for you and get wealthy with Farokh, who has
shown his public portfolio holdings of NFTs in the millions of dollars
because of having the Midas touch. The self-proclaimed NFT picking
Guru “Farokh,” that got rich buying and flipping NFTs, was not only
promising to make you rich by bringing you the winning picks he
was buying and getting rich off of, but he would turn this into a
WEB3MEDIA platform and allow for you to own a piece of it with
him and “ YOU WOULD SELECT PROJECTS TO HOST IN AMA’S AS A
COMMUNITY” as the website states make an “abundance” together.

This is a clear-cut, dry, matter-of-fact situation; Rug Radio holders

This report is long-winded as it covers numerous incidents but not
all incidents. These are all documented on the blockchain. The main
thing to highlight is that Farokh and Mel were publicly asked
multiple times if these incidents were occurring, and the response
each time was NO. They publicly lied to their existing investors,
breaching their fiduciary duties to them, which is FRAUD. They also

lied to all potential future investors listening in as well, to lure in new
money. These two public conversations took place in audio spaces,
one in a Townhall AMA on Discord in Q1 of 2022 and one in a Twitter
Spaces in Q2 of 2022, where a holder brought allegations expressing
his frustrations about what appeared to be happening.
In the Twitter conversation, the Rug Radio Holder @CHICAGONEKO
assumed Farokh received direct compensation to promote projects
to Rug Radio holders. He believed Farokh was being paid to do this
and not disclosing, misleading holders due to the way Farokh shilled
these projects with no hard questions ever asked, yet each promoted
drop would be called “AMAZING.” while creating hype and “FOMO”.
I have included the recordings of both rooms at the end of this
document. I also transcribed the Twitter Space room entirely.
This report has changed due to Profits Over Wages tipping off Farokh
of the release of this report or something along the line. I trusted her
and she deceived me. Within a little over one hour of me asking if
she would review this fraud and discuss it on an open twitter spaces,
based on her brand doing precisely this, Farokh started calling me +
facetime and threatening me via text. When I did not respond, he
started calling me from blocked numbers as I did answer a blocked
call to find him on the other end. He then had other people start
reaching out to me, some new people I didn’t know and others I did.
He tried to intimidate, threaten, and blackmail me if I proceeded
with this report. Farokh has always been using his main employee,
“head of discord,” to silence the truth, cleaning the crime scene and
silence what Rug Radio dismisses by calling it “FUD,” but in reality,
they are valid questions, and his employee under Farokhs orders sits
and delete all comments and messages containing valid questions
and concerns from investor holders. (we will subpoena the discord
server audit log as proof). Before posting this, I did nothing to go
against the Rug Radio server yet; as of today, November 23rd, 2022, I
was banned from there, but again the audit log of the server is proof
of who did it.
After being unable to reach me yet knowing something was coming
out, he has since tried to cover his tracks and defuse this situation by
transferring into new wallets, some of the transactions I expose in

the coming pages. These wallets have sat dormant for over seven
months, only accumulating assets. After I gave these addresses to
Profits Over Wages, not only did Farokh start to threaten me, but he
also started to move the aforementioned dormant assets around. He
is clearly trying to take public ownership of some of the misconduct
laid out in this report to mitigate negative responses toward him. I
only shared some, not all, with Profits, so he couldn't try and cover
all his tracks.
This only solidifies his guilt as I no longer have to prove that the
mystery wallets are his. He is taking ownership of all in the last 72
hours. This means he has basically pleaded guilty to the claims I am
bringing public awareness to after he has publicly lied about doing
these exact things multiple times. Last week he was trying to take
the position, sending me a text that this was his brother’s wallet and
not his. Today, he is putting his name on these wallets without fully
knowing what I am bringing forth but only having a slight idea.
Farokh has been very loud and jumps at any chance he can to kick
people while they are down, especially for scamming. Profits had
built a brand exposing people in the space, ultimately leading to
their eradication. When the Nate Chastain Opensea incident
occurred, whose actions pale compared to this, Farokh took pleasure
in attacking him publicly, yet knowing everyone he scammed.
These are screenshots where I approached Profits and sent her these
wallets. Now 14 days later, after days of threats from Farokh and the
people he sent my way, she acts clueless about what I am about to
expose and tells me I should speak to him, not expose him, all while
tipping him off.

Again, as I mentioned, Farokh takes pleasure when people are down

emojis, making fun of the question mark, which is an attack based

job at rug radio, but it was to build my case deeper; after being
tipped that he had bought another crypto punk from another wallet
during SXSW 2022, I just felt like I had to keep going and investigate
to the bottom of his fraudulent activities.
If they wrote this script in Hollywood, they would say this is not
believable. Yet it is all deliberate, and he is a financial hand grenade.
With the proceeds, he boasts global travels, regular mansion stays,
throws mega parties, and travels on private jets while showing off to
the world via his social channels his lavish lifestyle of success from
“flipping” NFTs “supposedly.” After Rug Radio was minted, all these
expenses were on behalf of Rug Radio expenses, “business expenses”
with no votes and no holders giving their opinion. ONCE AGAIN,
FRAUD AND LIES.
For the record, the following paragraph is a slightly modified copy
and paste of count #1 against Bernie Madoff’s complaint. The
comparisons are so paralleled it is scary. Seeing this tweet of him
projecting it only felt valid.

statements of material facts and omitting to state material facts
necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of the

investor audience of millions of dollars with each drop as he omits
each and every time fiduciary information to his partners as to why
he is selling them on this “amazing” drop. The Rug Radio investors
are used for his sole gain and benefit, and the projects pay him
directly to pump and dump on his investors. Making sure they get
stuck holding the bag worth nothing while he and these projects
have profited millions of dollars off these investors who have been
rugged and burned for millions of dollars.
I mentioned earlier that he and Mel had been asked directly on
Twitter Spaces and in a Q&A in Discord by Rug Radio holders who
asked if Farokh or any hosts or Rug Radio were being paid to hold
AMAs for the project drops. There were vocal concerns that rooms of
upwards to 1000 rug radio investors were being pitched and sold
these drops as being “AMAZING,” while no hard questions were ever
asked the teams or founders. The holders would buy up the drops of
up to 10k tokens that would then dump in value almost immediately
after sellout to almost nothing in price as the project cashed out and
all future promo ceased. They were getting rich while investors were
losing hard-earned money. Farokh and Mel each time DENIED this

publicly, saying “NO” projects were NOT paying them to promote
them to the Rug Radio Investors, reassuring the audience that these
were random selections of projects Farokh happened to like. The
investors repeatedly pressed for answers as to why Farokh never
asked any hard questions about these projects. When this was asked
in March of 2022 on Spaces, these project floor prices had increased
on mint; then all crashed shortly after minting out in a pump-anddump manner. These questions were publicly rebutted by lies from
both Mel on spaces and Farokh on Discord. To be clear, this is
FRAUD and the breach of a corporate fiduciary to their investors.
They LIED to the investor audience to further the scam, defrauding
the investors into believing that all hosts and projects being
promoted/hosted/shilled to the investor audience were all selected
“randomly” when we know this is not true and we have proof
detailed in this report. Projects and Celebrities are all paying massive
amounts of money to Farokh directly in exchange for promotion to
the valuable Rug Radio investor audience of thousands of buyers.

investor community has been used only for exit liquidity, while they
invest in hopes of the slogan of Rug Radio, the promise of getting
“wealthy together” as TRUTH, yet he is the only one getting wealthy.
Not only is there the $7 Million mint, but each project that was
shilled minted out millions of dollars off of each shilled drop, all
done under deceit.
There are countless accounts documented on the blockchain, but we
will only zero in on a few overt acts of this ongoing scheme.

4. “INVESTOR FRAUD” Being paid to host the Cheech and Chong
room, both Rug Radio founders, Farokh and John, personally
received a fee of 7.31939ETH each to host and shill this drop in Rug
Radio to its holders when ETH was USD 2464 Value per ETH giving
them over $36k total fee in their accounts and the project sold for
over $3M from Rug Radio investors. From the Mint price: 0.142ETH
today 0.0138ETH, over a 90%+ loss on investment. of course,
payment was not disclosed to listeners and the rug radio community

5. Lit Token, Farokh, and John made over $1.4 million in profits
using insider information on this insider trade pump and dump;
while rumors have it that Mel created the tokenomics for this
project, this is under investigation at the moment yet it wouldn't
surprise me at this point and would make complete sense. Being the
first and largest buyers of the token before anyone knew what this

holders on Twitter and hosting Lit Rooms to Rug Radio investors as
being “Amazing” without disclosing to their investor/partners they
were the largest token owners of Lit Token at inception. Instead of
revealing this, they pumped, pumped, and dumped on their
investors, leaving them holding the bag. In addition, Farokh was
given 10’s of millions of LIT tokens to pump and dump the coin to
Rug Radio holders. (insert proof) We see the deployer wallet
deployed 50,000,000,000 Lit Tokens on creation to the Cozomo wallet.
We then see Farokh and Cozomo engaging back and forth on Twitter
as Farokh pumped Lit. We also know that Cozomo is not Snoop but is
a Fraokh Affiliate and most likely was a big stunt to defraud the NFT
community, further using another moniker to pump and dump
NFTs. Also, to ensure they suck the most liquidity from this scammy

where enough was never enough through a variety of predatory acts
of manipulating, misleading, and defrauding a trusting community
of his followers, who he groomed into becoming his investor
partners. Most of them are new to the space, uneducated, and
blinded by the glitz of celebs being hosted by Rig Radio; I mean Rug
Radio and its founder FaRokh sarmAD. The celebrity influence gave
him the trusted voice of the newcomers.
His real following and brand are built off of FRAUD. He has
maliciously preyed on innocent people’s goodwill as he fed them his
BS mantra “Good Thoughts, Good Deeds,” and “Today Is A Beautiful
Day To Have A Beautiful Day,” combined with his believable FAKE
Laugh as the delivery mechanism across Twitter spaces day in and
day out being energized in a non-human way where he could go on a
rant without pausing for hours on end.
This scam started at the start of his career as an NFT promoter and
evolved and grew with the influx of money coming in from new
buyers and the rise of his fame. In his early days, it was a scam of
getting paid hefty fees to host drops for celebs and failing to disclose
to the audience that he was being paid to promote the drops while
breaking all FTC laws. He would pretend to be ecstatic drop after
drop discovering the next big thing. All the while, the market was
tanking with issues of open editions and Nifty Gateway flooding the
market beyond the demand, leaving buyers holding the bag. Every
drop he promoted crashed, people were losing, and he didn’t care as
long as he was being paid.
After running this for several months, he wanted to take things to the
next level, so he decided to release his project. In the storm of PFP
projects being dropped like water in a rainstorm, he decided it was
the perfect time to release his project but doing 10k NFTs wasn’t big

enough. He would do 20k NFTs to rake in $10m in cash. Then drop a
token and DAO to bring him another $10m in cash. With his partner
John Knopf, the Ultimate Bonnie & Clyde duo found their 3rd cohort
Mel the supposed tokenomics self-proclaimed business expert and
public business voice for Rug Radio. This enabled him to cast a
fashnet and spell over a captive audience to use them easily as exit
liquidity, running the rinse and repeat scam.
After the explosion of PFP projects and Farokh hosting drops, paying
fees to do so by notable celebs and artists such as Fewocious earned
him major cred as he omitted to disclose he was being paid became
the norm of how he would operate. Fool, everyone get paid a large
fee and appear to be for “the people.” While empowering celebs to
flood the market in the same rinse-and-repeat manner with the same
celebs, leaving the buyers with illiquid NFTs or only an option to sell
them for a small fraction of what they paid.
He decided to present a massive opportunity to the public with his
NFT project, being sold as not just any NFT project. This was a
chance to be an owner with him in the first-ever WEB3 Media
Platform, turning his stages into a business where all investors would
now get rich with him. The Rug Radio 20,000 NFT cryptocurrency
tokens sold you partnership into his new “web3platform”, but this
was the perfect scam to him. He was able to fool everyone by selling
10s millions of dollars of NFTs to become his partner, only to defraud
his entire community and use them as sheep going to the slaughter.
The holders were sold an investment, “the first ever” fully
decentralized platform controlled by the people, and you would earn
money by just listening in to the drops Rug Radio would host. You
would be picking together to buy to get rich, flipping like he
supposedly did and earning as everyone built the brand and
monetized it together. If this were run how he sold investors into
believing it would, he wouldn't have had the upper hand to trade on
his inside information, nor would he be able to pump and dump on
the investors as everyone would have been in the know together.
Hence, he sold one but operated the way he did so he could get rich,
and everyone else lost.
The scheme was quite clever. Market, Promote and Sell people a

you with you and for you and get wealthy with Farokh, who has
shown his public portfolio holdings of NFTs in the millions of dollars
because of having the Midas touch. The self-proclaimed NFT picking
Guru “Farokh,” that got rich buying and flipping NFTs, was not only
promising to make you rich by bringing you the winning picks he
was buying and getting rich off of, but he would turn this into a
WEB3MEDIA platform and allow for you to own a piece of it with
him and “ YOU WOULD SELECT PROJECTS TO HOST IN AMA’S AS A
COMMUNITY” as the website states make an “abundance” together.
It was pitched to crypto NFT twitter perfectly and received with open
wallets. His rubbing elbows with celebrities and charging them the
last year and a half to host their drops to his audience without
disclosing this to his audience bought him his street cred in NFT
Twitter; up until the Rug Radio Launch, he hosted the biggest
celebrity drops leading to the most prominent artists drops and
project founders in the space that was all paying him with crypto
payments or wire transfers confidentially to shill their projects to his
“audience” who uneducated, new to the space, that believed they
found a trusted voice. He made it appear like he was making millions
of dollars buying and selling all the right NFTs. WRONG he was
getting rich by charging massive fees to host these projects and shill
them to his audience and by charging huge fees to “shit coins” that
he would architect and execute the pump and dump of using a celeb,
making him and the celeb a fortune while the celebs followers would
get stuck carrying the bag and lose all their money and he did this
knowingly and in a premeditated manner.
This scheme he has been running has lost eight figures of hardearned money from innocent investors across NFTs and Crypto
Currencies Tokens. It has been fueled by greed and a rise in
popularity powered by a cocktail of money, drugs, and fame
propelling wolf in sheep’s clothing forward.
The market would eventually explode for PFP projects, which was his
perfect entry point to take his scam to the next level. He also sold a
security where if you owned the NFT, you would earn “tokens” these
tokens would be the key to the ecosystem to earn more. During the
public offering to raise $10m, the public was told they would be

owners. “The company is owned by its participants, listeners, and
creators, which is the first of its kind.”
In reviewing RUG RADIO's publicly available website, the mission
statement to lure innocent investors does so by stating the following
“RUG RADIO IS THE FIRST FULLY DECENTRALIZED MEDIA
PLATFORM. What does this mean? It means that our members and
our hosts own the platform you consume from. Why is it important?
Because we need to own the narrative and the memes. Together, we
can build a network where the incentives favor truth, ownership,
and long-term care for the commons. Ownership means we each get
to decide what we consume, how it’s delivered, and we all benefit
from the abundance created through it.”
BEHIND THE MASK
Farokh Sarmad has been a self-proclaimed social media marketing
guru for the last 11 years, using schemes and tricks of buying fake
followers and engagement while posting photos from other’s
accounts, not his own, not disclosing, to build up his fake rich
lifestyle pages, which amongst them includes @goodlife. He made a
name for himself by shilling fake positivity very quickly and using a
variety of tactics, including the crying victim of “abuse” from Mr.
Beast on the Clubhouse platform, where he pivoted quickly into
becoming an NFT Influencer promoting projects within the web3
space since early 2021 but never once disclosed he was being paid to
promote these projects as he defrauded all of his followers.
In early 2021, Farokh began to get into web3 deeply after growing a
following on the Clubhouse App, where he hosted rooms that did
NFT Drops and brought in some of the biggest names in the Web3
and Web2 spaces, being paid large fees yet never once disclosing this
ever. Celebrities such as Fewocious, Snoop Dogg, Calvin Harris, Jake
Paul, Steve Aoki, and many others would pay him heavy fees to shill
their projects, yet he would not disclose this to the audience. The
Clubhouse app would cement Farokh as a trusted voice within the
Web3 community. Farokh, a true narcissist, knows how to lift other
people’s spirits, foster positive vibes, and influence people
considerably. This fake aura of positive energy that he exudes is a

way for him to get others to be on his side of an argument, gain
others’ trust, and ultimately take advantage of others.
Farokh furthered his presence within the Web3 space after
Clubhouse by transitioning to Twitter. On this platform, he founded
Rug Radio, promoted many NFT collections, and talked about Web3
and crypto daily. However, many people were unaware of the selfish
nature of the projects he promoted and listened to him blindly
because of how he held himself. Nobody believed Farokh would
encourage purchasing anything that would financially ruin them. He
was far too cheerful and kind to do that. But they were wrong.
Ever since 2011, when he started the base account for Mr. Goodlife
on Tumblr, Farokh has clearly shown that he wants a life of luxury
and doesn’t care how he achieves that status. It doesn’t matter how
many paid promotions he takes for rug pulls projects, how many
people he has lied to, or the money he has made others lose. He isn’t
doing anything wrong in his mind; all he sees are the dollar bills
stacking up. Farokh has made millions of dollars in the Web3 space,
and with every million he has made, other people have lost tens of
millions. Although others brainwashed by his charm might talk
about him differently, this is the true Farokh Sarmad, and he must be
stopped at all costs before more people are hurt.
One Of The Many Problems With Rug Radio
Stemming from the Twitter spaces that Farokh would host, Rug
Radio was created in September 2021 and branded as the “First-Ever
Decentralized Media Platform.” Rug Radio was marketed to make it
seem that anybody who got involved would be part of something
historical, and everyone would profit from the platform. This would
obviously be something markedly interesting to get involved with
due to the sheer amount of money that NFT media and promotion
has garnered since the take-off of Web3.
Rug Radio, In partnership with Syndicate DAO, created the Rug
Radio membership NFTs as a free mint for allowlisted wallets to
claim. There were 20,000 membership passes minted and claimed,
and everyone who minted was under the impression that they would

be a part of helping to build the Rug Radio brand and profit from
Rug Radio’s success.
All Rug Radio Membership holders were able to mint the Rug Radio
Genesis NFTs for .11 ETH totaling 20,000 rug-inspired NFTs (usable
as Twitter banners), which would generate $7.7 million of revenue.
Much of this mint profit would line the pockets of Farokh and the
others such as Mel Tal. The genesis NFT holds a trading volume of
over 10,700 ETH ($33,170,000) as of today and with a creator fee of
7.5%, which means the Rug Radio team has made over $2.4 million
in secondary market royalties. However, one thing to note is that the
NFT has tanked from a peak floor price of 1.8ETH down to .2 ETH ;
just on buying the NFT under his deception, holders have lost 98% of
their investment as is.

Much of this fall in price can be attributed to the community losing
interest in the NFT and project as a whole after realizing that they
don’t indeed have the ownership they were told they would have. On
top of this, the fall in price could be attributed to the community
noticing that Farokh has used the Rug Radio platform to make
money for himself and grow his own personal brand. They are
defrauding investors on his initial raise.
As marketed on their website, Rug Radio says, “Ownership means we
get to decide what we consume, how it’s delivered, and we all benefit
from the abundance created through it.” If that is the case, then why
does Farokh get to promote projects on Rug Radio that result in his
financial gain?

If Rug Radio’s description of Ownership held true, then the ENTIRE
Rug Radio community should be profiting from promoting these
projects and not just Farokh himself. Does the community TRULY
choose the projects that are being talked about on Rug Radio? Much
of the community has voiced their frustrations in not having a
chance to promote their own projects on the platform, but when it
comes to projects with vested interest by Farokh, they immediately
get a stage.
Indeed there have been some spaces hosted on the Rug Radio
platform that are chosen by the community but only after the public
allegations and his denial of any wrongdoing and taking in any
payments ever. However, the situations in which Farokh uses the Rug
Radio Stage for his financial gain cannot be overlooked and are
blatantly obvious in many ways. In some cases, however, it is not as
blatantly apparent because he owns multiple secret Ethereum
addresses that he uses to mask the profits he is receiving.
Due to Farokhs financial gains, while using the Rug Radio platform
as a stage, he has blatantly lied to the Rug Radio community. Rug
Radio itself should be the only entity profiting from promotions
made on the platform. As the rhetoric marketed on the website
currently stands, the investors in Rug Radio Genesis NFTs or the Rug

Radio Membership NFTs are being lied to. Because of this, every
time Farokh has made money from the Rug Radio platform; he has
committed major Fraud against everyone invested in Rug Radio.
Fiduciary Duty of Rug Radio and Farokh
Due to how Rug Radio was marketed, Farokh and Rug Radio have a
Fiduciary Duty to anyone that has invested their money into Rug
Radio or the NFTs they have created. As stated in the previous
section, the way that Rug Radio was marketed made it seem that
anybody involved would BENEFIT from being a member of Rug
Radio. It was stated on the website as follows, “Ownership means we
each get to decide what we consume, how it's delivered, and we all
BENEFIT from the abundance created through it.”
This implies that those who are invested in any Rug Radio NFT are
BENEFICIARIES and therefore means that Rug Radio is the
Fiduciary and therefore has a Fiduciary Duty to every single one of
the holders. However, instead of “Benefiting from the abundance
created through Rug Radio,” Nearly everybody who owns a Rug Radio
NFT besides Farokh has suffered massive financial losses and has no
say in the majority of what Rug Radio promotes or the content that is
created.
Definition of Fiduciary Duty
Due to the way that Farokh has been using Rug Radio for his own
financial gain and not sharing his profits with the Rug Radio
community, Farokh and Rug Radio have breached their Fiduciary
Duty to Rug Radio NFT holders and are therefore responsible for the
losses that the majority of Rug Radio NFT holders has garnered. This
has the potential for a major class action lawsuit case against Rug
Radio.

The reason why many people purchased Rug Radio Genesis NFTs
and collected Rug Radio membership passes was due to the way that
it had been marketed. They were under the impression that they
would benefit financially from the rug radio platform, the content
they create, and the promotions that are made. This is not the case.
They have been lied to. Farokh has profited greatly, and the Rug
Radio NFT holders have taken massive losses. Farokh has
significantly benefitted from the Rug Radio platform, and the
following section exposes a secret wallet that he uses to try an
d mask much of these gains.
The Secret Wallet
Farokh has a secret Ethereum wallet (possibly multiple) that he has
been using to collect promotional fees behind the back of the Rug
Radio Community and sell NFTs he talks about on his Twitter.
Although many people could say there is no way to prove this is
Farokhs address, substantial evidence below proves why this address
must belong to him.

Not only does this wallet hold 25 Rug Radio membership pass NFTs,
but it also holds 48 rug radio genesis NFTs. Most of these NFTs were

Radio, it would only make sense that his secret address holds quite a
bit of his own NFTs, having a substantial amount more than
Farokh.eth does.
Another thing to note is the sheer amount of Meebit Transactions on
this wallet. Farokh has mentioned Meebits quite a bit on his Twitter
over the past few months, and it seems he has created a process of
purchasing Meebits on this address, tweeting bullish sentiment on
the Meebits, and selling the Meebits in this wallet for profit. The
Tweet below is from March 11th at 12:43 PM and is Farokh holding a
bullish sentiment on the Meebits.

Noting the date and time of Farokh showing bullish sentiment on

the secret wallet very questionable. The day that this tweet was made
was the same day that this wallet bought 4 Meebits, and over the
week, Farokh continued to tweet about how bullish he was on the
Meebits and was able to walk away with a profit of nearly 3 ETH after
selling 2 of them.

Aside from the clear evidence with the Meebit purchasing times,
Farokh has made a grave mistake by linking his Farokh.eth ENS to
this wallet by using the same “Middle Man” wallet as his secret
address to send crypto to Binance for cashing out his gains.

Farokhs wallet, then the nail is stuck in the coffin with clear-cut
evidence of this secret wallet receiving 10 ETH from the Rug Radio

Farokh Promoting a Rug Radio Space for “Dour Darcels”:
On March 6th, 2022, Farokh hosted a Twitter space on the Rug Radio
platform for the Dour Darcels NFT collection and the reveal of the
project; however, the day before this space was hosted, Farokh
minted 12 Dour Darcels. He got a lot of hate on the timeline

In the two weeks after hosting this space, Farokh would sell over
$16,570 worth of Dour Darcel NFTs, and within those two weeks, the
floor price of Dour Darcels would go up exponentially. This
exponential growth of the floor price would likely be due to the fact
that Farokh hosted the collection on the Rug Radio platform.
This should 100% be considered a form of profiting off of the Rug
Radio Platform. He minted 12 of these NFTs and then decided to host
a space for them knowing that the exposure it would get to the Rug
Radio community would make the floor price grow. The profit that
he made from selling these NFTs should be given back to the Rug
Radio community.

Yet another example of promoting projects that directly benefit
Farokh can be seen in the FewoWorld closing celebration Twitter

the FewoWorld Website that Farokh is listed as a member of the
FewoWorld team. As a member of the FewoWorld team, using Rug
Radio for promotion is a biased decision.
Although one could argue that Farokh promoted this drop on the Rug
Radio platform because he is friends with Fewocious, it is STILL a
very biased decision. However, there is no clear-cut evidence that he
profited from this collection through his main wallet, as we know
from secret wallet 0x1d683773 he has kept his other profits hidden.

Aside from that, if Farokh is on the Fewoworld team, does that not
mean he is making a percentage of the sale of Fewoworld paint
drops? If this is the case and Farokh is using Rug Radio to promote
this, all profit that he receives should go directly to the Rug Radio
Community. That should be disclosed if he has taken a position on
the team with no compensation. Regardless, there is a community
that was told they would have control of the narrative and the
content they consume, but the reality is that Farokh is in control with
his own financial gain as the catalyst for his decisions.
Farokh is promoting the Twitter Space for FriendsWithYou’s Friendsies
collection
Yet again, Farokh chose a project he was vested in promoting on the
Rug Radio Platform. Partnering with Christie’s, the Friendlies AI
collection allowed people to mint a building pass and be part of an
NFT character builder, with those paying more at the beginning of
the dutch auction to be at the “Front of the line” to get the rarer traits
as well as those who minted a golden cloud key in their last drop
(Which Farokh had done). This alone should have been disclosed to
the community if he is going to be promoting a collection like this on
the Rug Radio platform.

Aside from that, now that it has been exposed that Farokh uses
secret wallets, there is no way for him to deny that he could have

from this collection, as well as the fact that currently, the floor price

Everybody who was enticed to take part in minting this drop has lost
money, and it was a total flop. If Farokh did profit from this, there
should most definitely be some compensation to the Rug Radio
community for this promotion.

The promotion of Drifter Shoots “First Day Out” Open Editions on
Rug Radio is by far one of the worst cases of blatant profit from the

project at the entire Rug Radio Community’s expense. This open
edition was promoted on the Rug Radio Platform on April 9th, 2022,
and on April 14th, Farokh would receive on his secret wallet
0x1d683773 three payments of 6 ETH each from 2 Coinbase wallets
(Which is the preferred exchange of the first day out deployer) as
well as one transaction for 6 Eth from the FIRST DAY OUT
DEPLOYER WALLET itself.

First day out deployer sending secret wallet 0x1d683773 exactly six eth
w/ 2 coinbase transactions sending him an extra 12 ETH with all
transactions happening within a span of 12 hours.
As mentioned before, the First Day Out Deployer wallet has multiple
transactions being sent to Coinbase, so it seems as though Farokh
made nearly 18 ETH ($55,000 at the time) from the promotion of this
project. Does the Rug Radio community get a piece of this? Not one
penny.

At the end of the day, the bottom line is that the Rug Radio
community is being lied to. It is clear that due to the behavior of
Farokh and the biased decisions he makes, the price of the Rug
Radio Genesis NFT has substantially tanked from a high of nearly 1.8
ETH down to the current price of almost .2 ETH.
All the community wants is to be able to actually have control of the
content that they consume as the platform was marketed towards
them to be that way. Due to the blatant abuse towards his community
and the people who have put their hard-earned money into the Rug
Radio project, it would only make sense that some class action
lawsuit was drafted against Farokh. This suit will be on behalf of
those who have lost money in Rug Radio and were lied to about the
ownership of the content and the media they consume.
Something else to note is the shady amount of ETH sent to this
address from Gemini, all shortly after the Rug Radio Genesis NFT
Mint. One can only speculate as to why this wallet used for Farokh to
make under-the-table trades and receive promotions payments

would be receiving over a million dollars worth of ETH from a
Gemini account shortly after mint.
Nearly 325 ETH was sent to this wallet from a Gemini account. All of
this happened shortly after the Rug Radio Genesis NFT Mint on January
11th, 2022
Suppose these funds were added to this wallet (which has primarily
been used for shady dealings) right after the mint for the Rug Radio
Genesis NFT. How can the community trust that Farokh has good
intentions for Rug Radio, collectors Rug Radio NFTs, and the future
of the Rug Radio DAO. If Farokh had good intentions, then
transparency would be given. By even owning this wallet, Farokh has
deceived the community. He has proven he could care less about
anything but money by sending over a million dollars worth of mint
funds to this wallet.
This should be one of the most giant red flags in this dossier. Farokh
has made millions while the community has taken massive losses.
Although Rug Radio was marketed as a “decentralized media
platform where everyone owns the narrative, the content, “the
memes,” and “benefits from the abundance created through it,” that
statement is proven wrong and fraudulent from the centralized
transfer of wealth into Farokh’s pockets and the monopoly that
Farokh has over the content that is promoted on the Rug Radio
platform.
Since the blockchain doesn’t lie, it is clear in the following images
that these funds were, in fact, taken from the Rug Radio Genesis NFT
Contract Deployer and sent to Farokh’s secret wallet address. Pay
close attention to the dates/times and the highlighted wallet

transaction shows a transfer of 527 ETH to the wallet contract address
0xD0a71Fb4A166068BD1EAF278845226666b8A1D11 at 3:24 on
January 17, 2022
Shortly after the initial transfer to 527 ETH to wallet contract address
0xD0a71, a transfer of the same amount was made at 3:28 on January
17, 2022, to a GEMINI account.
Shortly after transferring 527 ETH to the Gemini account, Farokh’s
Secret Wallet Address received 203.6 ETH at 3:34 on January 17, 2022,
From GEMINI. Mic Dropped.
Since it is pretty obvious from the dates and times above that Farokh
transferred this ETH from the Rug Radio Genesis NFT to his own

Farokh profiting from undisclosed
promotion and immoral projects
Just in case you still think that Farokh is a good person and feel like
you can look away from the fact that he has blatantly lied to the Rug
Radio community as well as the entirety of Web3 as a whole, it is
important to remember that Farokh has made many undisclosed
financial gains through his social media presence.
Although the FTC has made it a law to disclose when you are paid for
the promotion of a product or brand on any social media platform,
Farokh has historically not disclosed the payments that he has taken
for the promotions he has made. Many of these promotions were
either rug-pulled projects or one of the biggest pump-and-dump
scams of 2021, the MILF TOKEN.
For starters, let’s talk about MILF Token. It was quite literally one of
the most financially detrimental pump-and-dump crypto scams of
2021. Investors duped into purchasing the token LOST millions upon
millions of dollars, all while the people who either promoted or
brought celebrities to promote it, knowing it was a pump-and-dump
coin, MADE millions upon millions of dollars.
People lost their hard-earned savings on this ridiculous scheme.
Although the creators of the token knew how to market it well
through influencers and promoters like Farokh paid $200k USD from
150,000,000 million MILF tokens for his commission for brokering
the celeb deal that paid the celeb $1 million dollars to pump and
dump the coin on his fans, they also knew that their overall intention
was to steal money from those that were naive enough to buy.
Although Farokh has tried to wipe the history of him profiting from
this scam off of all his social media platforms, the blockchain never
lies, and he will forever be tainted as an untrustworthy individual
due to his involvement and the token swaps that were made on his
public Ethereum wallet.

Just before MILF Token hit its all-time high, Farokh had over
165,375,000 MILF Tokens transferred into his PUBLIC crypto wallet. At
its peak price, Farokh started to cash out the majority of his holdings.

transaction that followed his receiving the MILF.
In The first transaction, Farokh swapped over 23,000,000 MILF Tokens
for 5.6 ETH.
In the second transaction, Farokh swapped over 41,800,000 MILF
Tokens for 9.4 ETH.
In the third transaction, Farokh swapped over 58,127,000 MILF Tokens
for 10 ETH.

And Finally, 6 hours after his last swap, after he laid his head to rest to
see if the token would pump one last little bit come morning, Farokh
realized that the Token had drastically dropped in value and offloaded
41,872,000 MILF tokens for about 3.2 ETH.
All in all, these four transactions would be Farokhs most profitable
MILF Token swaps and would result in a profit of just over 28 ETH or
$93,000.00 USDC as ETH was priced on May 19th, 2021.
What makes all of this even more disturbing is the fact that he knew
to offload the token at the perfect time. Almost as if he has insider
information of some sort. If that is the case, then wouldn’t that also
be grounds for fraudulent activity? Martha Stewart went to jail for
insider trading at a profit of $31,000; one would think that a profit of
over $93,000 at the PERFECT time seems a little suspect.
Farokh did not BUY-IN to this token like the majority of the people
that took massive losses. He was GIVEN these tokens. What is even
weirder is the fact that after he received the 150,000,000 Tokens on
May 13th, he transferred them to a random wallet.
Strange transaction activity with MIlF Token on Farokhs wallet. Why
did he send them to that address only to send EVEN MORE MILF Tokens
BACK to his public wallet just before the Pump?
What's even weirder is the fact that after profiting nearly $100,000
from the MILF Token that he was given and knowing that the price
was TANKING, Farokh tried to cover up his tracks by actually
purchasing 2 ETH worth of the token in the weeks following his
major profits almost as if he is trying to make it seem like he had
bought the token himself. This “Damage Control” that he does only
adds to how guilty he looks in the grand scheme of things.

losses. Absolutely pathetic. The top transaction in this image would be
the last time Farokh would hold any MILF Token in his wallet.

Farokh Receiving 5.5 ETH for the promotion of Monster Rehab 1.0
This is only one of the many projects that Farokh has promoted
without disclosing financial gain. This is also one that is BLATANTLY
obvious as well due to the fact it can be traced back to the original
creator of the project’s wallet address. However, one can only
imagine how many transactions going into his wallet address from
exchanges that hide the sender's identity have also been in lieu of
promotions that he has made on his platform.
Overall, this is something that would most likely have to be discussed
further in the court of law. If the FTC wanted to sue Farokh for
promotion without disclosing profit, they would have quite the suit
already. With that information and the fraud he has committed
against the Rug Radio community, it only makes sense that Farokh is
the target of some class action lawsuit from the wrongdoing he has
done to the entirety of Web3 as a whole.

in a sense I am not ever on those stages I am an order front taker I
made the commitment for the Rug project to be built in public
because it is part of the project but once I finish building the project
and once the DAO is launched be assured that I will be very much in

two minutes later posting all of his Cats for sale.

go at Farokh when he does shit and call him out directly I am there
front line and I don’t stand for it. In this one instance I can actually
say I know that is not what happened in this situation. That whole
thing I get why It was perceived the way it was but that actually
wasn’t what he did in that situation he had the cats up for sale he has
like 30 cats , maybe he should now because he is in the position he is

to disclose more now and have more responsibility around his
