It's a wrap! On September 3rd, amidst the bustling Korea Blockchain Week, the FarSight Summit brought together the global Base & Farcaster community in the heart of Seoul's Gangnam district.
Nearly 90 enthusiasts from around the world converged to explore and discuss the thriving Base & Farcaster ecosystem. The air buzzed with excitement as connections formed and ideas flourished. If there was one phrase that captured the essence of the event, it was "Building REAL things." The sheer number of visionary builders in our ecosystem was truly inspiring, reinforcing our belief that this community is poised for greatness. This intense event introduced frame building to both seasoned and new ecosystem developers, leveraging data SDKs from Lum0x and Mint Club. Daniel from Mondy Builders treated summit attendees to a comprehensive recap, showcasing the innovative products born during this frame building marathon.
Raffle Events: Taking the Fun Onchain
FarSight Summit elevated the typical raffle experience by taking it onchain:

Warpcast Raffle: A custom frame randomly selected a lucky winner from those who posted to /farsightsummit channel on the day of the event.

POAP Raffle: POAP Raffle website, another onchain solution, randomly chose a winner from the FarSight Summit POAP holders.
The Warpcast Raffle frame was particularly special – it was an adapted version of a frame built during the Buildathon using the Lum0x SDK. Seeing this frame in action just days after its creation was a testament to the rapid innovation in our ecosystem. Onchain raffles are the way forward!
