The AI ARENA is a company that has such a plan, arena players develop, train and fight with AI-based NFT, the goal as the team assures :

AI Training:
Initially, when you buy a new NFT for the game, the parameters of the neural network are randomly selected. This means that initially the neural network will perform random actions, since it has not yet been trained in anything, in order to teach it how to work correctly, you will have to train it.
Tranings:
Training a neural network is also not as easy as it seems at first glance. Here is a good example for your clarity:
Imagine yourself, for example, at some karate training. This is the first time you come to karate classes, you are not immediately sent to the ring for sparring, right? And your actions at first are just as random and ridiculous as the actions of our neural network. But after 10 workouts, you become a completely different person! And the coach can let you into the ring.
Our artificial intelligence works on the same principle, first your neural network comes as raw and untrained (as you did on the first day of training), after which you get down to business and start teaching it some universal techniques, and your neural network learns from you, learns what you teach it.
Training and preparing your AI for battle:
— Okay, I understood what you said, but how can I teach him something?
— No problem, now you will understand everything!
First we play a game, not with NFT, just a game, so to speak, a playground on which we teach our NFT and everything that we know how to do ourselves. During training, he absorbs information and it is important to show him only those actions that we want to teach him!
Then we can define and edit what our AI needs to remember, and to what extent.

If during the battle you noticed any errors, flaws in your AI, then you can look inside the AI brain! In other words, you can see which AI actions would be given a certain state.(It’s amazing OMGG)
With this information, you can produce more effective training, focusing on specific areas of improvement.
Balance during training:
It should be noted that during the training it is necessary to train your artificial intelligence to conduct a balanced policy. Now I'll tell you what it means:
Imagine, that your coach has taught you only one technique - kicking. Will you be effective in the ring with an opponent who has been trained in all the techniques?
(Hint - no)
The same is true with AI, if it is taught only to kick, then it is unlikely that such a fighter will have an effect)

My opinion about the project:
Of course, if I write this article, I haven’t bad thoughts about this project, I believe that this project is actually some kind of breakthrough in the gaming industry. And no, it's not a joke! In which game can you find such functionality? To look into the AI brain - it's just fantastic! Yes, most likely this game is not for everyone, someone will be bored to play it (I doubt it very much), but personally, I just love it, from how it's all organized, how everything is interesting, etc. And also, I want to note an undoubted plus that in this game. What computing power you have doesn't really decide any role, because AI is built on learning. You yourself teach your AI what he needs to do, and not the AI itself decides what to do, this is done so that all players are equal and the skill really decides, not what kind of computer you have)
