On the evening of one March 31st, the third one belt, one road youth creative and heritage Forum opened in Changsha, Hunan. 2019 Changsha Media Art Festival was held at the same time.
Ou Minxing, representative of the UNESCO representative office in China, Christina montith, young leader of the United Nations sustainable development goals, Zhang Yanbin, director of the external promotion bureau of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee, Qin Changwei, Secretary General of the National Commission for UNESCO of China, and Cai Zhenhong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Hu Henghua, member of the Standing Committee of the provincial Party committee and Secretary of the municipal Party committee, attended the meeting.
From angian Leban, France, York, UK, Tel Aviv, Israel, Linz, Austria, Gwangju and Daegu, South Korea, Kosice, Slovakia, Dakar, Senegal, Guadalajara, Mexico, Braga, Portugal, Beijing, Qingdao, China City city one belt, one road, and 13 other UNESCO members, including 27 high level delegates from the 85 member countries of the 85 cities, including the “one belt along the way”, are leaders of the Central Propaganda Department, the national development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of education, the leaders of relevant departments in Hunan and Changsha and the heads of relevant departments. More than 100 young volunteers, journalists from more than 50 media at home and abroad, and representatives of Changsha citizens attended the opening ceremony. Gao Shan, member of the Standing Committee of the municipal Party committee and Minister of publicity, presided over the opening ceremony.
One belt, one road, was invited to welcome the delegates from Changsha to the Chinese people’s Congress. Shu Hanggang, the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee and deputy mayor of the municipal Party committee, welcomed the Chinese and foreign guests and friends from all circles to this forum. We hope that the youth representatives attending the Forum will strengthen cultural exchanges and spiritual communication, inherit the spirit of Silk Road, tell the story of Silk Road, promote cooperation between the Silk Road, and make efforts to promote the traditional friendship of all countries along the belt. In his speech, one belt, one road, Ou Minhang, Christina Monteith, Zhang Yanbin, Qin Changwei and Cai Zhenhong all expressed their admiration and affirmation to Changsha’s efforts and achievements in encouraging young people to join in the protection and innovation and Entrepreneurship of the youth, and promoting the cultural exchanges between the countries along the “one belt” along the way, and promoting mutual exchanges and exchanges between civilizations.
One belt, one road, is the three important forum for cultural exchanges between Hunan and the “along the way”. After the opening ceremony, the “original Changsha” new media art exhibition was staged. The forum was co sponsored by UNESCO, the World Federation of UNESCO associations, the National Commission of UNESCO of China, Changsha Municipal People’s government and Nanjing Municipal People’s government, and jointly undertaken by the Publicity Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and Changsha Municipal Bureau of culture, tourism, radio, film and television.
This forum has launched one belt, one road opening ceremony, the original Changsha media art show, the “one belt and one road” youth creative and heritage forum, the Caribbean film exhibition, the Chinese Youth Association, the Changsha media art residency project, and the Changsha impression survey.
