Swoops is the future of Web 3 basketball gaming

Games

Games will be in the form of blind entry contests. In the game lobby, you will see a contest either already has one team entered, or it will be empty. If a team has already entered the contest, you will unable be able to see their lineup, and vice versa if you be were the first participant to join. Once two teams have entered a contest and set their lineups, both lineups will reveal and the simulation will begin.

The blind entry removes any advantage that the second team would have of being able to “match” their lineup to the opponent, and it also makes it difficult for users to seek out “weaker” matchups.

V2 Simulator

Swoops is a game run on a simulator created by their team of data scientists that have knowledge of the game of basketball. The V2 simulator makes use of machine learning algorithms that aim to produce realistic outcomes similar to that of a current NBA game.
