In the process of poor households from enterprise “loan” to cattle breeding, the enterprise assists the animal husbandry department to provide daily technical guidance and disease prevention and treatment services for poor households, so as to ensure that beef cattle grow well and fast. After the beef cattle meet the marketing standard, the enterprise will buy back the beef cattle from the poor households according to the market price and purchase them at the guaranteed price, and the government will provide price difference subsidies to the market price and purchase price. To build a whole industrial chain, the enterprise also built a Southwest cold chain warehousing and logistics center and a cattle and sheep slaughtering and processing plant to seamlessly connect the three links of slaughtering, processing and cold chain.
