About the Program:

Kunji Finance Early Adopter Program allows users to earn rewards as early supporters of the project. The user must interact with the Kunji Finance website by connecting their Metamask wallet and minting the yKNJ tokens to be eligible to reap the rewards under the early adopter program. The user will receive 100 yKNJ tokens on Twitter verification and the Metamask wallet connection on the Arbitrum network. These yKNJ tokens will be used by the user at the time of token and product launch to claim the tokens as per the program’s guidelines.

yKNJ Tokens

The total supply of the yKNJ tokens is 2.5M. These tokens are non-transferable and can only be used to claim as per the rules and guidelines of the program. It has no value of its own. With the Early Adopter Program, each user with a Metamask wallet and eligible Twitter account can mint 100 yKNJ tokens. The program will conclude before the token launch of Kunji Finance. The date of the token launch will be announced in the community soon. In the event that all 2.5M yKNJ tokens are claimed before the token launch, the Early Adopter Program will come to a close. This is a possibility to keep in mind for those interested in participating.

To qualify for participation in the Kunji Finance Early Adopter Program and mint the tokens, the user must have the following:

• A Metamask wallet on the Arbitrum network.

• If the Arbitrum network is not added to your Metamask wallet, first add the Arbitrum network to your Metamask using the Arbitrum network details. You can also simply click the “Add Network” option and search for Arbitrum to add it to your Metamask wallet. Switch the network to Arbitrum on your Metamask before minting the token on the Kunji Finance website.

• The user must have tweeted about Kunji using the connected Twitter account.

With this, the user can easily mint 100 yKNJ tokens and utilize them to claim the rewards.

• Visit https://earlyadopter.kunji.finance/ page.

• Make a Tweet and Follow @kunjitweets by clicking the ‘Tweet’ button. Copy the tweet link, return to the previous page & paste your tweet link and click ‘Submit.’

• Connect your Metamask wallet to the website. Switch to the Arbitrum network for the wallet connection.

• Click “Mint 100 yKNJ” to receive 100 yKNJ tokens in your Metamask wallet.

Rewards

Terms and Conditions

• Participants must have a valid Twitter account and a supported Arbitrum Metamask wallet to mint yKNJ tokens.

• The Twitter account must have at least 1 Tweet, ten followers, and be older than two months.

• To claim the token, the user must tweet about Kunji with their connected Twitter account.

• Participants can only mint up to 100 yKNJ tokens during the program duration. These tokens are non-transferable.

• The yKNJ tokens minted during the Early Adopter Program are for demonstration purposes only. They cannot be used for any other purpose than claiming rewards as per the guidelines mentioned above.

• The rewards for utilizing yKNJ tokens will be announced after the token launch.

• There is a limit of one participation per wallet address and Twitter account.

• Participants who violate any of the mentioned conditions or engage in fraudulent activity will be disqualified from the Early Adopter Program and any associated rewards.

• Kunji Finance reserves the right to modify or terminate the Early Adopter Program at any time without prior notice. Participants should regularly check the program website or social media channels for updates.

• By participating in the Early Adopter Program, participants agree to abide by the above terms and conditions, as well as any additional guidelines or rules established by Kunji Finance.

• Kunji Finance will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of yKNJ tokens or any other digital assets.

• Only whitelisted addresses will be able to claim rewards using yKNJ tokens. The Kunji Finance team will do the whitelisting of tokens to ensure fair distribution of tokens to the early supporters.

• Participants must not engage in any activities that may harm the Kunji Finance platform or its community, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or phishing.

• Kunji Finance reserves the right to withhold or cancel rewards associated with the Early Adopter Program if it suspects any fraudulent or suspicious activity.

• Participants may be required to provide additional information or undergo further verification procedures to claim rewards in the future.

• Kunji Finance may use participant data collected during the Early Adopter Program for marketing and promotional purposes, subject to its privacy policy.

• The utilization of technology related to blockchain, smart contracts, and cryptocurrencies, among others, involves certain inherent risks that you are assuming by accessing the website.

• Please be aware that Kunji Finance does not possess or control any underlying software utilized in forming blockchain networks. In using the interface, you are consenting to the fact that Kunji Finance will not be held accountable for any complications arising from the failure of smart contracts, including security issues and updates in the underlying technology.

• You agree that you are not a resident, national, or agent of any country to which the United States, the United Kingdom, or the European Union embargoes goods or imposes similar sanctions.

• By accessing the website, you agree that we have the right to restrict your access to the Services if we suspect you are located or resident in a country or territory that is, or whose government is, the subject of sanctions or doesn’t authorize the use of platforms constituting in the structure that kunji Finance follows.

By accepting these terms, the user warrants that they:

• Are of legal age (at least 18 years old in most jurisdictions) and have the full legal capacity to form a binding contract;

• Have full power and authority to enter into this agreement under these Terms and, in doing so, will not violate any other agreement to which they are a party.

• Have not been placed on any of the sanctions lists published and maintained by the United Nations, European Union, any EU country, UK Treasury, or US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

• Will not use the Platform and Services if any applicable laws or regulations in the jurisdiction of their habitual residence or incorporations prohibit the user from doing so in accordance with these Terms.

Participants’ personal information, such as Twitter account details and wallet address, will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party except as required by law.
