All players receive 20% unlocked instantly. The rest unlocks weekly based on Arena Tier:

• Champion (>200): 3.0% weekly

• Master (1–100): 3.0% weekly

• Master (>100): 2.1% weekly

• Diamond (1–50): 2.1% weekly

• Diamond (>50): 1.66% weekly
