Good ‘ol, reliable Raydium - a mainstay of degenerate defi on Solana’s ecosystem - is absolutely printing on its concentrated liquidity pools right now. I chose to go with its in-house SOL-USDC, which has a pretty astonishing ~77%APR right now if you deposit the pair.

I chose this pair because I suspect the price of SOL to fluctuate no more than 10% up or down in the coming week which is roughly about the time I think I will let this deposit mature. The pool’s fee rewards are boosted by rewards of RAY tokens until October 15 which is pretty much perfect for the amount of maturity I am expecting to let this deposit run for.

If you’ve never created a sAMM, vAMM or CLMM pair before, you really need to read about each type before dipping your toes in these pools. Raydium offers CLMM (Concentrated Liquidity Market Maker) pools and that’s what this SOL-USDC pair is.

Raydium takse .02% of your deposit when you invest on this SOL-USDC pool (ALWAYS look what the deposit/withdraw fees are on each pool) and then when you withdraw so keep in mind you are paying them .04% fee to hold your deposited pair.

CLMM pairs are naturally impacted more by impermanent loss events than sAMM and vAMM pairs are so be extra sure you want to be exposed to that particular token’s price changes when investing. That’s why I went with SOL-USDC because only SOL’s price will be impacted in that equation, USDC remains “stable”.
