Introduction to the Push DAO Onboarding Program
Push DAO is thrilled to announce the launch of our new onboarding program! This initiative aims to integrate new members into our community efficiently and effectively. Here’s what you need to know:
What is the Push DAO Onboarding Program?
The Push DAO Onboarding Program is designed to help new members become active contributors as quickly as possible. The onboarding process educates newcomers about our operations, governance, and various contribution opportunities within Push DAO. The goal is to have new members ready to make their first contributions within a few weeks of joining.
What is the Onboarding Process?
The onboarding process consists of four phases aimed at integrating new members into Push. Each of the four phases has a set of activities that new members are required to complete in order to become fully onboarded to the DAO.
In Phase 2 (i.e. the Contribution Phase) new members are given the opportunity make significant contributions to the DAO through any of the following contribution streams of their choice:

Content: This involves creating blog posts, articles, social media content, and educational materials to spread awareness about Push DAO and its initiatives.

Administrative: This involves managing DAO operations, community engagement, and event planning to ensure the smooth functioning of the DAO.

Development: This entails providing technical support, including programming, design, and development activities to enhance the Push ecosystem.

Partnerships & Grants: This involves fostering partnerships, scouting and applying for grants and other opportunities to drive the growth and outreach of Push DAO.
How can I participate in the onboarding program?
Participation in the onboarding program is open to any person who is interested in the Push ecosystem or in contributing to DAOs. Interested participants can kickstart their participation in the program by signing up for our Onboarding Call.
While awaiting the next onboarding call, participants can commence completing the other activities specified in each onboarding phase above. The onboarding program is self-paced.

Will there be onboarding rewards?
There will be onboarding rewards to incentivise participants who successfully complete the onboarding program! A reward of 300 PUSH tokens will be given to the first 30 participants who successfully complete the onboarding program!
Please note that rewards will be distributed to eligible participants at the end of the month.
