A. $SHARKIE FAIR LAUNCH ON ZETACHAIN

It is with a sense of responsibility and transparency that we address the outcome of the $SHARKIE token fair launch event on the Zetachain Mainnet. Despite our concerted efforts and unwavering commitment, we regret to inform you that the fair launch did not yield the anticipated results.

Over the past few weeks, NFTFeed team has dedicated tireless efforts to the development and promotion of the $SHARKIE Fair Launch on ZetaChain Mainnet. We embarked on 02 comprehensive campaigns, garnering significant attention and ALMOST 1 MILLION PARTICIPANTS from the crypto community.

However, despite our best endeavors, we encountered unforeseen challenges that led to the unfortunate outcome of the fair launch event.

The primary factor contributing to this outcome is the lack of sufficient active users and volume on the Zetachain Mainnet, which ultimately impacted the success of the Fair Launch Pool.

As a result, we find ourselves unable to meet the minimum requirements set forth for the fair launch to proceed as planned.

In light of these circumstances, we wish to address the following points:

• Fair Launch Pool Refund:

As the fair launch pool did not reach its soft cap, we are committed to refunding all funds to the participants. All users can claim back their ZETA token from the pool.

• The offer for a free Sharkie NFT with the first 100 purchases of $100 funds will be cancelled due to unsuccessful fair launch.

B. $SHARKIE AIRDROP S2 OFFICIALLY ENDED

• The 5,000,000 $SHARKIE Airdrop Season 2 of NFTFeed ended on Feb 15th, 2024.

• 500 $WSHARKIE tokens for 500 Galxe Loyalty points. Limited to 500 $WSHARKIE per winner. ($WSHARKIE can be converted into $SHARKIE with 1:1 ratio)

• Winners will be selected from the top scorers of Galxe Loyalty Point LeaderBoard Season 2.

• Despite the outcome of the fair launch, we remain steadfast in our commitment to our community. The airdrop distribution of $WSHARKIE tokens will proceed as scheduled within February, 2024 to winner wallet on Base Chain.

C. Next Phase - DAO Voting:

Moving forward, NFTFeed remains a dedicated DAO Mechanism to foster community engagement and transparency. As such, we will be initiating a community voting process to determine the next steps for the project. This will include exploring alternative avenues for the fair launch and soliciting input from our valued community members.

VOTING OPTIONS:

1. Exchange WSHARKIE tokens to receive Sharkie NFT (0.011 ETH/NFT ~ $31), based on a predetermined exchange rate (TBA).

2. Maintain WSHARKIE airdrop tokens for the upcoming Token Sale phase.

3. Integrate NFTFeed into the new chain to focus on for building products or remain the Base Chain.
