In addition, the inspection found that some enterprises had violations of laws and regulations in the process of development, operation and sales. The inspection found that six real estate enterprises had violations such as not all the pre-sale funds were deposited into the regulatory account, not approved to build first, imperfect supporting facilities construction, and collecting pre-sale funds in disguise before opening.

According to the notice of the Provincial Department of housing and urban rural development, for Luohe Youhe Real Estate Co., Ltd. who refused to cooperate with the inspection and Mengjin Huaqiang Land Development Service Co., Ltd. who could not contact through the registered business premises, the local real estate competent department wrote to the local market supervision and tax department, suggesting that it list the enterprise as the key verification and supervision object.

At the same time, for Zhengzhou Zhaobao Real Estate Co., Ltd. built without approval, the local real estate competent department will transfer the clues of violations to the comprehensive law enforcement department of natural resources and urban management for disposal, and record them in the record of bad behavior according to the disposal results. For other problems found in the inspection, each inspection team has required relevant enterprises to rectify on site or hand over to the local real estate competent department according to the nature and severity of the problem, and issued a total of 1 law enforcement proposal and 10 letters of supervision and rectification. Luoyang, Xinyang and other urban real estate authorities actively promote the implementation of rectification by interviewing the person in charge and ordering rectification within a time limit.
