The founder of Three Arrows Capital launched Open Exchange, a debt trading market

Three Arrows Capital (3AC) founders Su Zhu and Kyle Davies partnered with the co-founders of crypto exchange CoinFlex to launch the exchange Open Exchange. The platform bills itself as “the world’s first open market for trading crypto bankruptcy claims,” trading claims of up to $20 billion from bankrupt crypto companies including FTX, Voyager Digital, Celsius Network, Genesis, BlockFi, Mt. Gox, and 3AC. The platform will use the FLEX token and the claims waiting list is now open. Su Zhu tweeted that the platform will build a fully decentralized custody and clearing service in the coming months, before expanding to equities, foreign exchange and other products. According to previous news, the new crypto exchange proposed by Three Arrows Capital and CoinFlex has completed financing.
