Kenyan fintech Kwara has raised a $3 million seed round and signed a digital solutions distribution deal with an organization representing cooperatives in Kenya. Existing investors who participated in the startup’s seed round include DOB Equity, Globivest and Willard Ahdritz. According to previous PANews reports, Kwara completed a $4 million seed round of financing led by venture capital firm Breega in December 2021. The latest funding round brings Kwara to $7 million in funding raised in a seed round.
