Secret Labs founder accuses Secret Foundation of lack of transparency

According to The Block, the differences between Secret Labs and the Secret Foundation, which are also supporters of the privacy public chain project Secret Network, have been made public. Secret Labs founder and CEO Guy Zyskind asked some questions about the past operations of the Secret Foundation and its founder, Tor Bair. Zyskind filed allegations about the foundation's lack of transparency, alleged mishandling of over-the-counter trades that caused losses of about $250,000, and possible open loans to collapsed Alameda. He asserted that the Secret Foundation sold a large number of Secret tokens in 2021, and that Bair cashed out a significant portion of it without disclosing it to the community. Secret Foundation founder Tor Bair largely corroborated these assertions, saying they had previously been disclosed to Secret Labs. Zyskind called for the foundation to be restructured as a nonprofit, returning all of its existing funding to the community.
