Over the past week, 13 new wallets have withdrawn 13,560 MKR (approximately $47.8 million) from Binance, with 8,875 MKR (approximately $30.8 million) withdrawn in the past 12 hours alone.

An additional 3 wallets have made test withdrawals of 0.0055 MKR, and more withdrawals will be made soon.

All 16 wallets receive ETH funds from wallet 0x316 (possibly Anchorage Digital); therefore, they may belong to one entity.
