NOGGLES RAIL IN MEDELLÍN 2024
We built a skateable sculpture based on the idea of creating a Nounobstacle in your city. Here you can read what I mean by this for reference. We want to build skateable obstacles inspired by nouns around the world.
This project was executed thanks to the treasury of Gnars DAO, which supports athletes with their ideas and talents using blockchain technology to propose, fund, and materialize these ideas. Here you can read about the project executed in Medellín in August 2024, Colombia. It was proposed and executed by fuzzyface.eth through the on-chain DAO space of Gnars.com.

Here is the video that was filmed live [LIVE](https://), a video of the warm-up space before the best trick competition. You can see the LIVE INSTAGRAM by DHNOUNS and the local brand video of the event experience and good tricks on the Noggles rail. Project Development:
Gnars has had a significant impact on the community by presenting itself as a brand that does not seek to sell products but is dedicated to supporting people who skate. This authentic approach fosters a sense of belonging and connection among skaters, creating an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy the sport. By prioritizing collaboration and community empowerment, Gnars positions itself as an ally rather than a competitor, enriching the skate experience and promoting creativity and personal expression.
Conclusions:
The Gnars initiative has a profound impact on the skate community, presenting itself as a brand that is not focused on selling products but on genuinely supporting skaters. This approach creates an inclusive environment where all skaters, regardless of their skill level, can feel valued and accepted. By offering practice spaces, events, and resources without the pressure of consumption, Gnars fosters creativity and self-expression among athletes. Additionally, by prioritizing collaboration with the local community, the brand helps strengthen social ties and empower skaters, providing them a platform to showcase their talent. This not only enhances skate culture but also promotes solidarity and teamwork. Gnars' presence at events like the Medellín Skate Market creates opportunities for skaters to connect, share experiences, and inspire each other, enriching the skate ecosystem. Ultimately, this initiative demonstrates that the true value of skating goes beyond competition and products, focusing on the community, passion, and creativity that unites all skaters.
New proyects for improvement include communication and announcements about contests consistently on social media, considering investing in dissemination methods for mass events and for communities and niche groups.
