Where most collections operate as PFP identities within the metaverse, Sneakerheads is designed to go beyond that. While we have a strong digital identity, we are a digital canvas that is optimized for Web2 and Web3 collaborations - one that established sneaker brands, musicians, athletes, and artists, can understand and easily collaborate with. This achieves two goals:
- We provide NFT collectors with unrivaled quality PFP avatars that speak directly to them as Web3 pioneers.
- We provide a perfectly adaptable canvas for individuals/companies looking to adapt their product or creative vision onto a Web 3 PFP avatar and physical/digital brand.
- A new collectible ecosystem.

UTILITY STOCKING
What is Stocking?
As every Sneakerhead knows, when you buy a new pair, you are faced with the decision of rocking or stocking? The Sneaker Heads NFT also had to come with a stocking feature that allows them to be locked and stored without leaving your wallet.
But what does that mean?
Stocking is a soft-staking mechanism which means your Sneakerhead NFT does not leave your wallet. The NFT is locked up and not tradeable. Stocking time will be calculated in days to unlock time-based rewards. The longer you stock your sneakerheads, the more levels you will gain and the more benefits you will accumulate. Over time you will unlock exclusive airdrops, collaborations, and other rewards.
What kind of benefits will I receive for stocking?
Benefits will include limited-edition collabs, events, airdrops, and much more. Think of stocking like a reward program. The longer you stock, the greater the reward.
Do I get more benefits if I stock multiple sneakerheads?
You will get benefits multiplied by the number of Sneakerheads you are stocking. So as a hypothetical example if you have 2x Sneakerheads and stock both for 30 days you would receive 2x airdrop. If you had 6x sneakerheads you could receive 6x airdrop. However, not every benefit will be available for every Sneakerhead. I.e. if you are stocking an SH02 and an SH09 and there is a collaboration reward that will only be available to SH09 stockers.
What happens if I stop stocking?
As soon as you stop stocking you will lose all your progress up to your most recent milestone. If you unstock your Sneakerhead you will not receive any benefits, and you are not eligible for any of the benefits received from stocking regardless of what milestone you reached before unstocking. Each level gained will be saved in the metadata. Saving the milestones will allow existing community members to get noticed for their stocking efforts in a tangible way beyond the rewards and allow new community members to buy in at higher levels for higher rewards if they want to.
Sneakerheads IP License Rights
When you own a Sneakerheads NFT, you own all personal property rights, which allows you to sell and transfer your NFT. The content associated with your NFT such as brand, artwork, and other intellectual property, is not owned by you, but related rights are licensed to you for as long as you are the lawful owner of your Sneakerheads NFT, under the terms below:
- You can display, perform, modify, and copy the content associated with your NFT for non-commercial use
- You can also do these things for commercial purposes, and for that you will need to obtain a commercial use license. To get the license, you will need to create an account on our website and agree to relevant terms & conditions
- You can create derivative works, as long as you don’t use the Sneakerheads logo or trademarks, for that you will need our written permission
- We are builders and intend to build a lot more cool stuff, so if at any point we happen to create something that looks similar to what you created, you can’t stop us from doing that or sue us or seek any damages
- You can’t try to get a trademark or copyright on anything you do with your licensed rights
- These license rights only apply for as long as you hold the NFT, the rights are not transferable, only by selling the NFT
- With great power comes great responsibility. We trust you to use your Sneakerheads NFT responsibly, and if Sneakerheads is ever held liable for any damages because of something you did with your NFT, you will be responsible for the costs we incur as a result of this
- These terms only apply to this specific Sneakerheads collection. Any future collectibles may come with variations to these terms. In the case of official collabs with partners, these terms do not apply for the applicable pieces, unless specifically stated by us via a public announcement

When is the mint?
The mint date is the 18th of June at 2 PM EST. There will be a 2-hour window for whitelist and OGs, followed by the public raffle and the waitlist.
What is the total supply?
There are 5,000 unique Sneakerheads hand-crafted by Ali Dawood.
You might be wondering why we’ve gone for 5000 supply, as opposed to 8888 or even 10,000. The reason is simple: we didn’t just want quality over quantity … we wanted exact, tactile, realistic quality - better than anything else in the space. This was a very specific goal, but what did it mean?
In the sneaker world, a design pops when it has incredible execution of the tiniest details. We took this philosophy to our designs, making sure that primary, secondary, and tertiary detail reflected the texture and quality that sneaker collections have come to love.
What if winners on the guaranteed mint allowlist do not mint?
We will randomly select more winners from the premint raffle to win a spot on the “waitlist”. People on the waitlist will be able to mint any supply that might be remaining after the whitelist has finished.
What are the maximum mints per wallet?
One mint per wallet is allowed per allowlist winner. Two per wallet for OG members. OG members can mint in 2 transactions if they want to.
