The team is excited to announce stage 1 of Unlock’s launch campaign, The Unlock games - an ecosystem incentivisation program launched by Unlock!

Stage 1 introduces:

• The Unlock Games ecosystem incentive program for the Unlock community.

• The Unlock NFT.

• The $unkMAV Locker.

• The Guardians Multisig.

So far in stage 1, the community has been engaged and involved with sharing Unlock’s DApp and utilizing core functionality and we’re exceedingly thankful for all the feedback and ideas users have provided to us.

So we’re turning up the intensity by focusing primarily on how $unkMAV can be utilized for Maverick and partner protocols, rewarding users who participate within Ethereum, zkSync and BNBChain.

There are a series of on-chain and off-chain tasks, including puzzle games! Users are encouraged to complete the Quests to get the Unlock OG’s role on Discord and get point multipliers in The Unlock Games!

Why and How to Participate?

In stage 1, the following tasks will be able to earn points, which will include both off-chain and on-chain tasks and are as follows:

On-chain:

• Mint unkMAV

• Mint UNKNFT - this mint is limited to 1000 NFTs and unlocks a canvas on the dApp.

Off-chain:

• Follow Unlock on twitter

• Join the discord

• Join our Guild and verify your assets to get the Unlock OG’s role.

• Complete the Zealy Questboard.

• Draw pixelart on the dApp and share it to twitter to solve The Riddle.

Rewards:

You’ll earn points for all the on-chain tasks and earn multipliers to the points you earn by completing the off-chain tasks. Once all the tasks are completed within our Zealy community questboard, you’ll have completed the requirements for stage 1 so far!

Doing so entitles you the following:

• Unlock OG Role - Which ensures benefits and rewards down the line

• Unlock Merch - We want our users and community members to be able to represent Unlock within Ethereum, BNB and zkSync as well as the greater DeFi ecosystem and have merch to match.

• $UNK Airdrop Eligibility - $UNK will be our utility-focused protocol token that will be used for governance, earning of fees generated by Unlock (once we go live with our treasury in the future) and earning a portion of MAV tokens generated by Unlock.

• Future Campaign Benefits - This can include a bonus or booster to our subsequent campaigns, The Unlock Games stage 2, which will have it’s own airdrop component (and will stack with the campaign bonus you receive from the Unlock OG).

What Else Do I Need To Know?

Make sure the Ethereum address/wallet you’re using is the same as the one you’ll be using for connecting to Zealy as we have to reconcile whether or not you’ve completed on-chain tasks accordingly.

We’ll be rewarding active and vocal users so be sure to participate as much as possible to multiply your points!
