There are 9 villagers’ groups, 297 households and 1149 people in the village. 107 poor households will get rid of poverty in 2019 and embark on a new journey to get rid of poverty in the whole village. In the past, the villagers in Jinjie village lived on traditional planting, and the development of Jinjie village stagnated due to the lack of village level collective “three capital”, the weak driving ability of the village “two committees” and the migrant work of young workers. In recent years, Jinjie village has made great efforts to develop tourism. Among them, there are 91 households and 348 people in Hongmen village of Jinjie village, 42 poor households and 160 people in the whole village, mainly focusing on developing the “century strong village” tourism market, building original ecological homestay and building a new beautiful village. Measures such as improving infrastructure and developing characteristic industries have reversed the dilemma of poverty and backwardness in one fell swoop.

Hongmen village has four special natural resources: Hongmen terrace, beautiful sea of clouds, waterfalls and Centennial Zhuang village. The development of natural landforms and terraced fields gives great advantages to the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism. In 2018, the first Secretary of annuity village Xiang Jixiang and Luo Mingli, general manager of Longsheng Yunhai terrace Tourism Development Co., Ltd., developed its beautiful rural style. Guide the villagers to build their own homestays, build a world terrace hometown, and expand the scope of beautiful rural construction with the concept of original ecological scenic spot.

“After the B & B was built, many villagers told me if they could drive them to build B & B together if they wanted to get rich.” Luo Mingli built a demonstration home stay guanyunju in Hongmen village. When the terraced rice is mature, the passenger flow of guanyunju is increasing day by day. When tourists arrive, they will buy agricultural products and crops planted by the villagers in addition to tourism. Over time, Luo Mingli plans to take the local people to get rich together. He suggested that the villagers organize the construction of the model of villagers’ cooperatives + travel agencies and develop the original ecotourism scenic spot of hongmenzhai. Farmers take shares in natural resources and cooperate with infrastructure development and tourism poverty alleviation development. The construction of scenic spots will be completed by the way that the villagers “don’t pay a penny” and the major travel agencies jointly invest funds. According to the introduction, the income from tourism will be divided into 40% and 50% of the income from five years ago and five years later. We will continue to ensure that farmers’ tourism income increases and build new tourism villages. At present, Hongmen village is expected to open from July to August to attract customers in the form of tickets of 20 yuan. In the early stage, the total investment of the travel agency is 3 million yuan, and it is expected that 100000 people will flow after opening the village.

At present, 90% of the scenic facilities in Hongmen village have been completed. Since October last year, villagers have built their own Zhuang Township style home stay relying on the “century Zhuang village” to continuously attract foreign tourists. Many villagers raise snails and lotus fish in their farmlands and receive tourists in rural restaurants and home stay. Visitors can visit Luohanguo Industrial Park, enjoy the beautiful scenery of cloud sea and terraced fields, feel the style of Zhuang’s stilted building, and taste the original ecological passion fruit; Then watch the sea of clouds, sunrise and sunset, and taste the home-made rice. Ben Yimao, the leader of getting rich, was busy every day after he built a home stay. “During the golden week, I can receive up to 120 people a day. Many people come to eat here.” Ben Yimao’s home stay business is booming. 7 or 8 poor households and villagers next door are learning to build home stay. Ben Yimao and his wife go to help receive, teach home stay management, and provide technical advice on construction and design from time to time. The highest benefit is 20000-30000 yuan a year.

In addition, hongmenzhai also continues to develop agriculture, focusing on tourism and supplemented by agriculture, bringing agricultural products to the track of poverty alleviation. Due to the “double engine” promotion of “tourism + industry”, hongmenzhai has a strong driving force to get rid of poverty and become rich. Vigorously develop the style of Hongmen terraced fields and the road of tourism poverty alleviation known as “century strong village”, take the free ride of “Rural Revitalization”, consolidate the pace of poverty alleviation, and realize the desire of 91 households in Hongmen village to get rich together.
