July 2025 – Employment-benefits platform Opolis today announced a strategic partnership with liquid restaking provider Renzo to secure its forthcoming health-insurance reserve with a fixed-term, onchain bond issued through Renzo’s Flow vault framework.

The new Opolis Bond Vault will accept Agora’s USD-denominated stablecoin, AUSD, during a limited subscription window and lock the collateral for six months, satisfying the solvency and collateralization requirements that apply to licensed insurance entities. Deposits are restaked on EigenLayer, where approved node operators delegate the capital to the Opolis AVS (Autonomous Verifiable Service). A pre-agreed coupon funded by Opolis premium inflows accrues to bondholders and is payable at maturity.
