What is BVDCAT?
It is a Web3 startup focused on Solana blockchain. A company that specializes in creating value for owners through creative expression and collaboration. They are an identity-based brand based in the US, with an international team of 12+ team members, founder of LunarRivers and co-founder of Hellboy.

Objectives and Solutions

Collaborative Monetization IP — The BVDCAT network will be a hub for artists, founders and individuals to monetize their talents. Through unique methods of adding useful value to features and royalties for specific features, we will be able to provide a framework for monetizing their talents and expanding their creative reach to anyone, anywhere.

A viable token ecosystem — BVDCAT’s primary form of interaction occurs through the use of the $Rep token. The system provides stable demand for the $Rep token and constant deflationary opportunities. Use $Rep tokens to exchange for your favorite traits, upgrade to other colors, unlock new features, etc. Seasonal and cooperative trait collections help create scarcity to make uniqueness even more desirable. Standardized utilities such as raffles and auctions will be used for the most coveted collectible traits, 1/1 traits, whitelist spots.

Funding and Budget — Building a quality product with a team that can stand the test of time doesn’t have to be expensive.

Budget plans

• 18% of funds from the Mint + 7.5% royalties will go to pay the artist

• 48% from the Mint + 18% royalties will go to developing all aspects of the roadmap in-house.

• 17% of the mint + 16% of the royalty will go to maintain the team for at least one year.

• 4% of the mint will go to the TrustLabs startup in exchange for their services.

• 13% of the mint + the rest of the royalties will go to the multi-game treasury, and will be used for future development, ensuring a constant amount of inventory for the token store and production of physical items.

This is a high-resolution collection of rarity NFTs consisting of 1000 traits. For each trait, dozens of copies were made with alternate corrections to ensure integrity and quality.

What do I get for owning BVDCAT?
First, you get access to the ecosystem with closed access and staking for a $Rep token. By betting and getting a $Rep token, you will be able to participate in mining new seasonal collections of traits that will help customize your NFT.

  BVDMarket is a one-stop store for buying new traits, vouchers or NFTs issued by the BVDCAT team. The primary currency for BVDMarket is $Rep, but BVDMarket is fully capable of using foreign SPL and Sol tokens. Items can currently be purchased FCFS or at auction.

  The Drops section of the BVD Market allows people to buy new traits on a first-come, first-served basis. Traits are always dropped in two waves, one 12 hours after the first so that BVDCATs from around the world can get the hottest new items.

  BVD Market Auctions are the most exclusive items for BVDDEST cats. Users will be able to bid against each other for limited edition and limited edition collectibles.

  BVD Gacha Machine is a fully animated “spin the wheel” type game with a dynamic set of sounds and prizes. Win NFTs, Traits, Solana, Rep, Alternate Art BVDCATs, vouchers, merchandise and more.

5. Trait Swapping

The heart of the BVDCAT ecosystem. Proper Trait Swapping without consequences.

Trait Swapping is a unique piece of utility designed to give BVDCAT owners the flexibility to customize and develop their NFTs.

Trait Swapper costs $REP, which is earned by swapping, and users can swap as many traits as they want, as many times as they want.

To swap traits, simply go into the Trait Swapper app, and select your BVDCAT and the attribute you want to apply. After payment, your original BVDCAT NFT will be updated within 15 minutes.

Collaborative Products: To create endless demand for BVDCAT NFTs — the team will integrate collaborative parts into the Trait Swap model to enable other NFT projects to submit attributes that can be combined with BVDCATs.

To promote this model, BVDCATs with joint NFTs will have a dynamic list of royalty wallets, allowing partner projects to receive a portion of the resale commissions when they sell BVDCATs with their attributes.

This would create a monetary benefit for partners and encourage 10 or even 100 projects to partner with BVDCATs, increasing the audience, demand and minimum price for these NFTs.

6. BVDLabs (SaaS)

BVDLabs is a joint collaboration between BVDCAT and Cryptocoders to create unique and innovative software-as-a-service technologies. This partnership will allow BVDCAT to have many technical development releases to help support $Rep in the future.

The key SaaS model is to use BVDCAT to demonstrate how technology can provide direct value to any community of holders. Sales from SaaS deals go directly to support the development of new technologies and maintain the value of the $Rep token.

Community

The way I see it right now is the most important thing. Firmly entrenched in the top 100 among the projects. Thanks to their unusual pfp staking system they managed to get people to bet their cats on pfp. I rarely see them on Twitter, the hype for them has dropped. In discord everything is nice and clear, there is an asset and good guys sitting there, I’m satisfied. With such a community they will not disappear.

The future of the project

The project looks solid and attractive, so I think they will live on and only get better. There was no announcement of a new roadmap, but here's what I pulled from the announcements.

• Staking: They are working on a new client for staking (strictly back-end) to alleviate all betting issues. It's already 90% complete.

• Artist: Artist is moving from one country to another, he will be unavailable - in the meantime looking for supporting artists to augment production.

• Project F: Project F is going through logistics and will be a big release along with Project BVD to help propel BVDCAT into a new era.

• Documentary: Work on a documentary about BVD is well underway.

• PFP Staking: A release about the future of PFP Staking is coming soon.

• BVDLABS SaaS: Provided development for RetroGoons, they will be buying several pieces of technology and development.

  Also, most of the team recently took an unplanned vacation, so new releases have been postponed.

  Will be launching two things in the near future.

• An NFL Playoff event with IRL prizes, phygital collectibles and benefits for Social Staking.

• Custom Rarity Solution with big QoL upgrades as well as a rarity trait system.
