DZap aggregates the best price via 1inch

"DZap is a more powerful DEX," we have stated this numerous times in our publications to date. Have you ever wondered what we use in the backend to achieve multiple swaps while also ensuring the lowest fees?

DZap uses among the best innovative DeFi tech stack -- 1inch🐴

As we all know, The 1inch dApp is a DEX aggregator that searches a handful of DEXes and hundreds or thousands of liquidity providers to find the best deal on a trade. 1inch uses an algorithm called Pathfinder to locate the best price by searching liquidity providers on the Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Polygon blockchains. The dApp splits transactions among multiple partners for the best deal.

We have integrated 1inch as our DEX aggregator to perform swaps required by the users. An API called Swagger by 1inch is used execute swaps with the best rates possible.

How does DZap x 1inch actually works?

Let’s look into how the process actually works:

  1. User chooses the cryptocurrencies to swap in a single transaction.

  2. DZap bundles all of the individual transactions into a single contract.

  3. These transactions are sent to 1inch via the API.

  4. Through Pathfinder, 1inch extracts the best routes & price.

  5. DZap executes the swaps under a single contract.

Why should a user swap through DZap?

While most DEXs allow single swap, DZap allows multiple swaps in a single transaction. Also, by using DZap:

  1. Save yourself from the hurdle of making individual transactions for each token swap.

  2. Instead of paying gas for individual transactions, pay fee once.

  3. Save upto 42% on gas fees. Yes that’s true! upto 42%.

  4. Save time and invest that time to do research about tokens you are investing in.
