Recently, ZTE helped Telekom Malaysia Berhad (hereinafter referred to as “TM”) to officially open the NGN IP core network, reaching the first important milestone of the TM NGN project. TM NGN is the first high-speed mobile service transmission backbone bearer network in Malaysia. After completion, TM NGN network will fully carry TM’s home width, voice, government enterprise special line, whole lease, CDN, wireless (4G, 5g) return and other services.

With the rapid development of global 5g network and large-scale commercial use, Malaysia has also started a large-scale new generation network construction process in 2021. As the largest cable operator in Malaysia, TM has put forward high standards and requirements for the construction of a new generation of networks, hoping to build an intelligent and reliable bearer network that meets the needs of future network business development and realize the comprehensive upgrading of network connectivity. ZTE won the whole network share of TM IP core and 30% share of ipran in February 2021 by virtue of its strong product competitiveness, customized function and professional and reliable delivery ability.

In this project, ZTE provides zxr10 m6000-s 2T / slot multi service router and undertakes to build ng core, HSE and AGG stations in NGN network. Among them, ZTE provides the AGG site with an innovative satellite router scheme composed of zxr10 m6000-s + zxctn 6000 series products, provides massive Ge interfaces, and realizes the large-scale access capability of fixed network home width and government enterprise special lines. At the same time, ZTE provides zxctn 6000 series products with Tbit access capability to build CSR sites, providing flexible slicing capability for the bearer of new generation network services.

In addition, ZTE provides advanced network design to realize the connection and integration of existing networks and smooth business transition. At the same time, ZTE intelligent management and control system can realize the rapid issuance of end-to-end services, flexible network tuning, extremely simple operation and differentiated business SLA guarantee, and help TM build a large full-service bearer network that meets the needs of complex networks, is deep sinking, flexible, comprehensive and intelligent.

In the future, ZTE will continue to promote more comprehensive and in-depth cooperation with TM to build an intelligent and reliable new generation Malaysian carrier network.
