Perfect system and more diverse consumption patterns

Consumption is an important driving force for economic development, and promoting consumption is an important part of business work. The Commerce Department of Qinghai Province has closely combined “government promotion + market-oriented promotion” and opened a new mode of promoting consumption.

Since 2021, Qinghai Province has organized and carried out a series of activities in various forms, such as “Consumption Promotion Month”, “online annual goods Festival”, online exhibition and sales of Qinghai characteristic products, and “online and offline integration to promote consumption” and “enjoy digital life”; Joint key enterprises to issue 100 million yuan of digital life consumption vouchers and electronic consumption vouchers to promote the consumption of bulk commodities such as automobiles and household appliances and physical retail, catering and other fields.

It is understood that Qinghai Province is the first case of digital commerce monitoring across the province.

In 2022, the Provincial Department of Commerce plans to invest 15.45 million yuan in the provincial special fund for promoting consumption, and guide enterprises such as China Unicom Qinghai Branch, China UnionPay Qinghai Branch and PetroChina Qinghai sales company to jointly invest 190 million yuan to jointly carry out the “preferential purchase of cars in spring and summer” Three themed activities, such as the “gift and benefit golden autumn Tesco Qinghai” residents’ consumption voucher issuance activity and the “Juhui warm winter new house color” household appliance consumption Festival, are expected to cover 1 million person times and drive consumption of 1.2 billion yuan.

With the promotion of automobile consumption policy, the new energy automobile market has gradually become active, and automobile consumption has rebounded significantly.

Guided by the high-quality development of digital enabled commerce, the development of e-commerce in Qinghai Province has accelerated the construction process of digital commerce, optimized the consumption supply of goods and services, and promoted the revitalization of rural areas by “revitalizing agriculture through digital commerce”, which has played a positive role in boosting the online consumer market, improving the consumption quality of urban and rural residents, cultivating and building a provincial digital life and boosting the development of platform economy in the province.

Mobile phones open the “cloud flash payment” app to grab consumption vouchers, use the financial function of medical insurance card to directly “reduce the full amount” in supermarkets, and directly apply online for purchasing cars to enjoy subsidies… A series of consumer benefit and promotion activities held in our province issue residents’ consumption vouchers and automobile consumption vouchers to the whole province through the “cloud flash payment” app, especially to stimulate consumption of hundreds of millions of yuan during festivals.
