Introducing the Incentivized Testnet 1
Our goal with Testnet 1 is to test the assumption that Bitboost, as a Layer 2 of Bitcoin, can form an execution environment similar to Ethereum's, with capabilities such as transferring native tokens, issuing ERC-20 or ERC-721 tokens, and creating smart contracts. Ensure that our protocol works as intended and is secure.
Fundamentally, the most important goal of this testnet is to help create a fully-functional and decentralized blockchain.

We want to incentivize early community members who help us build from the start. This testnet serves as a general network bounty, where developers can deploy their applications with high throughput and efficiency, and general users can benefit from it. With that in mind, Bitboost allocates 50% incentives to developers and 50% to all end users engaging through Galaxe. All the points will be distributed throughout several testnet campaigns.
