Despite women being at the forefront of creation in art and NFT, it is always men’s voices being heard. From late 2021, it is very exciting witnessing women  shaping NFTs and building more meaningful and excellent communities. Besides the investment function, many of women projects also bring the intangible value to the community members. The communities are more inclusive, and people can join regardless they have the NFTs of the project.

Alpha Girl Club is an NFT collection of hand illustrated art with the mission to empower individuals to use their inner strength for good. The project brings the mental health awareness into light in the NFT and metaverse world. The community tries to build a supportive community in which members feel safe, respected，and appreciated to share their unique insights. They organized series of activities in discord and Twitter spaces including sound healing, meditation, also fun activities such as music night and cooking together.

One of the founders, Charles Koh, who is currently working as the head of creative in the TitanMining. He had experiences working in FAANG companies and is also a successful serial entrepreneur. His LinkedIn profile is https://www.linkedin.com/in/charleskoh.

The artist is John,@jaiillustrated who has been an artist ever since picking up a pencil. Before this project, he created several series of Asian figure drawings.

Besides the founder and artist, there are team members who were ex physician associate, ex Deloitte legal, Yoga and Meditation instructor, family, and kid researcher etc. The most impressive fact is that the team member Dr. Crabapple is a psychotherapist in Australia. The team members are driven to share knowledge and experiences to help people grow, feel heard, and get inspired to do the healing for themselves.
