AtemReview is a web3 content creation platform where creators can create their web3 native graphical notes and turn their content into NFTs for fans to collect. To bootstrap adoption of AtemReview, we introduce social incentives system for creators and communities.

Users can create web3 native graphical notes by AtemReview, and earn social incentives by owning Atem Pen NFT. By creating content, users are expected to earn 40 ATEM every week (Around 20 USD), which means users will be able to get back within about weeks, and potentially earn even more with inspiring content!

Key Logic

Creators: Creators can earn platform incentives by creating content, and supported by their fans with content NFTs.

Users: Users benefit from great content experience, and can invest in creators to get future revenue split. Users can also earn platform incentives when consuming content.

Atem Pen NFT: Accelerator, Atem Pen NFT holders can earn more platform incentives from both creator side and user side.

Platform Incentives Mechanism

By completing following activities, creators can earn “EXP” as reward, EXP is non-transferable points and daily output limit for every address is 20,000. If daily output exceeds 20,000, the rest will be vesting to users in following days. For example, if a note accumulates over 100,000 EXP, then 20,000 EXP will be vested to the address, until all EXP are being vested.

Users can create their own invitation code, and invite their friends to AtemReview and get rewards.

Invest in Creators

We believe web3 will change the dynamic between creators and fans from simply consuming content, to win-win for both creators and users. Therefore, we introduce content NFT and creator NFT, which users can invest in and support creators they like and get revenue split from future growth.

Creator NFT

Revenue Split: After purchasing creator NFT, users can get revenue split from future content NFT sales, the proportion will be decided by creators.

For example, creators set 20% as revenue split proportion, in the future sale of content NFT, 20% after platform fee will be directly sent to NFT holder address.

Exclusive Privilege: Creators can decide what exclusive privilege will be granted to NFT holders, including exclusive content and etc.

Content NFT

Platform Incentives Split: Content NFT holder can get EXP split from certain content, the exact split proportion will be decided by creators.

For example, a creator sets 50% as EXP split proportion, in the future such content generates 10,000 EXP, then 5,000 EXP will be directly distributed to NFT holder address.

Exclusive Privilege: Creators can also decide what exclusive privilege will be granted to content NFT holders.

Level in Atem

With more EXP, users can upgrade to higher level and get higher multiples. The level a certain user can upgrade to depends on all EXP that this address gets, so even it’s converted to $ATEM, history EXP can still be calculated.

Level will not only serve as EXP multiplier, but can unlock future benefit in Atem Ecosystem, including airdrop, exclusive event and etc.

Convert EXP to ATEM

Currently ATEM hasn’t been launched, after TGE, EXP can be converted to ATEM token.

Release rule

36% of ATEM will be set as social incentives to reward communities in four years, release details are as followed. (Assume total ATEM token amount is 200,000,000) Based on our regulation, the regular ratio of EXP:ATEM should be 250 EXP=1 ATEM.

Exchange Method

Users shall deposit the EXP in EXP-ATEM conversion pool every week, and every Monday the EXP will be automatically decreased, and corresponding amount of ATEM will be released to user address.

Users can always know the total amount of EXP deposited. And EXP shall be deposited at least 7 days before it’s automatically converted to ATEM. For example, if user A deposits EXP on Sunday, then user A will receive its ATEM 8 days later, on the vesting date next Monday.

When EXP is converted to ATEM, certain amount of ATEM will be burned as conversion fee, the conversion fee is 10 ATEM.

Examples

Player A is not an Atem Pen NFT holder, he mostly reads content and sometimes writes content. He can earn 20+405+203=280 EXP as daily platform incentives , which equals to 1.3 ATEM, the market value is around $0.75.

Player B is an Atem Pen NFT holder, he can earn 280*1.2=336 EXP as daily platform incentives. He gets 20 likes, 10 shares and 10 comments by creating content and earn 1000 EXP. The total EXP he earns daily is 1,348 EXP, which equals to 5.4 ATEM, the market value is around $2.7.

If he generates a great content, and get 10,000 likes, 500 shares and 500 comments, then he can get 125,000 EXP, which equals to 500 ATEM, the market value is around $250.
