• Supply and Earning

MEGA NFT holders are “Connectors”. MEGA NFT has a limited supply with a total of 10,000, it has three levels: S(1000)--producing $MEET is the fastest, A(3000), B(6000)--producing $MEET is the slowest. We will airdrop the MEGA NFT to the first 100 donators randomly.

$MEET（Governance Token）

• Supply and Earning

$MEET has a fixed supply and is earned when connectors held verified high-quality events and accumulate an efficient data pool for the MEGA system, in which anyone, anywhere, for any form, can be rewarded. Each $MEET will require more contribution to mint than the last, $MEET will be harder to mint with time.

$MINT（DAO Token）

• Supply and Earning

At IEO, $MINT will be available as an ERC-20 (Ethereum) token. The $MINT will be minted at the Initial Exchange Offering (IEO), with a total of 1,000,000,000 minted in Q4 2022: 50% · Airdrop (The first 100 donors, eligible contributing users）: 20% · The Project Development Team (Linear Releasing): 20% · The Advertising and Marketing Fees (Linear Releasing): 10%.

• Vesting Mechanics

Holders can stake their $MEET get $MINT(1:1), but $MEET holders have 1.5 times the voting rights of $MINT holders.

• Burning Mechanics

The revenue generated by the activities, advertisements, or other cooperations will be used to buy $MINT and burn it to increase the token price.

Following are where the possible revenue from:

• Access to the users: Projects who wish to market their tokens or NFTs to MEGA DAO will have to pay a fee of $MINT, and/or give free/heavily-discounted products to our users.

• Advertizing&Recruitment: With the biggest and most accurate users in Web3, our community offers valuable advertising space. Any advertiser must pay $MINT to access this customer base.

• Activities income: With a group of fun, loving, intelligent builders in Web3, We can make profits from diverse interesting activities.

Token Distribution Plan

• Initial Exchange Offering (IEO): 50%

• Airdrop (The first 100 donators, eligible contributed members）: 20%

• The Project Development Team (Linear Releasing): 20%

• The Advertising and Marketing Fees (Linear Releasing): 10%

Linear Releasing: It is a 2-year cycle and 1/10 will be released on a monthly basis. Releasing expires after 2 years.

The funds raised from IEO and JuiceBox will be put into MEGA DAO Treasury. DAO Treasury will pay the workers needed to complete the rest of the roadmap (NFT designers, website developers, solidity developers, marketing, legal consulting, etc.).

Initial Exchange Offering

MEGA DAO plans to raise funds on JuiceBox. MEGA DAO sets a minimum limit of 100ETH to ensure adequate liquidity, 50% of ETH will be used to provide liquidity for exchange, and the remaining 50% of ETH stay with the DAO in order to fund the work required to make this DAO function. If this lower limit is not reached, a refund program will be initiated, and every donation created $MINT at a fixed rate. At IEO, donators will receive 50% $MINT in their wallets, and we will airdrop the MEGA NFT to the first 100 donators who donated randomly.

The Project Development

20% $MINT will be distributed to develop projects that benefit MEGA DAO. However, to protect the right of our donators, this part of $MINT is linearly released in 2 years.

The Advertising and Marketing Fees

MEGA DAO needs more and more people, communities, and clubs to join our nodes and build the MEGA system. 10% $MINT will be distributed to advertisement and marketing. This part of $MINT will serve as a reward to members who develop, expand and promote MEGA DAO.

After IEO, the only way to mint new $MINT is by staking $MEET.

Roadmap

Phase 1(2022 Q3 (coming month)): MEEINT&MUSIC&MEGA NFT PARTY

Every investor, builder, or fren, big or small, has gotten the same terms. It will be the most open, fair, cool, and warm for everyone.

• Implement the first MEEINT plan in Hangzhou, and build the MEGA community based on the loyal seed users(young, cool, warm, shared, special people）.

• Fractionalisation of MEGA people's tags, personalized SBT and POAP will be airdropped to the first participants.

• Link to 50+ on-chain and off-chain high-quality NFT projects and 65,000+ communities.

• Introduced and educated a new wave of users to NFT and DAO.

• Store valid data in the database.

Phase 2

In order to fund our projects we need capital, we plan to raise funds on JuiceBox firstly in Oct,2022, launch 2,000 MEGA NFTs(Holders are "Connectors", "Connectors" can only mint $MEET(Governance Token) by holding verified high- quality events, accumulating efficient data pool for the MEGA system) secondly on Dec,2022. Ideally, the fund gives us enough runway to achieve phase 3.

• Raise funds on JuiceBox, $MINT Initial Exchange Offering. The first 100 donators, and eligible contributed members will be airdropped 20% of $MINT.

• Fair launch of 2,000 MEGA NFTs, airdrop 100 MEGA NFT to the first 100 donators randomly. The money raised from the sale of these NFTs will be used to develop the MEGA system, and sponsor interesting activities.

• Link to earn. Staking MEGA NFTs, holding verified high-quality events, and accumulating efficient data pool for the MEGA system to earn an attractive reward of $MEET.

• 30% of $MINT is linearly released to support projects and marketing fees.

Phase 3: Provide funding for the MEGA system development.
