The wait is over, the Malda Awakening testnet campaign is now live! This campaign is co-hosted by RiscZero, who will be providing Boundless infrastructure supporting the generation of zkProofs at Malda mainnet.
The launch of testnet comes with an exciting campaign where users can test the unified lending experience firsthand, collect points & earn NFTs which will boost their Malda Points earnings!
The Malda Awakening testnet runs for 10 days from March 6th until March 16th. In the first 24 hours, the testnet is exclusively available to the ~25,000 users who signed up for the waitlist in advance. Afterwards, the the testnet is fully available to the public.
The Awakening Campaign
The testnet campaign will take place on Galxe, and run for the full duration of the testnet. The goal of the campaign is to holistically test Malda and identify bottlenecks in user experience. As such, the main output we are looking for is constructive feedback on your experience to gear Malda up for a smooth mainnet launch.
There are two types of tasks that can be completed in the campaign; Revealed Tasks and Hidden Challenges.
Revealed Tasks happen on-chain, and have a clear description. These will include basic supply, borrow, repay and withdraw actions.
Hidden Challenges on the other hand, will come with a hint of what we are looking for but exact criteria remains hidden. There will be a social aspect to share your experience on X and a testnet feedback aspect on Discord. This will not be immediately verifiable on Galxe. Only a selected few will earn this point based on quality of submission. https://testnet.malda.xyz
Malda Awakening NFTs
As rewards for the campaign participants, tiered NFTs will be given out based on contribution to Galxe tasks (not directly correlated to final point count). NFTs will boost Malda Points a user earns! Not something to miss out on prior to the deployment of $MALDA. The higher the tier, the higher the bonus.
Wanderer NFTs: An unlimited supply of NFTs, commemorating participation.
Seeker NFTs: 100 NFTs for those who not just wander, but come with a goal.
Awakened NFTs: 10 NFTs for those who not only seek, but fully awaken.
