3、 Controlled vehicles

In the controlled area, all vehicles (including electric vehicles and non motor vehicles) are prohibited from passing except special vehicles such as medical aid vehicles, people’s livelihood guarantee vehicles, emergency repair and rescue vehicles, emergency vehicles, military and police vehicles, and vehicles with certificates of participation in epidemic prevention and control and emergency production. For vehicles driving on the road in violation of the provisions of this circular, the public security organ will punish them according to law, and those who cause serious consequences will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
