Crypto Rumble is a Fully On-Chain match-3 RPG game built on the Zypher Network game engine. With all game logic constructed on-chain using Zypher’s server abstraction technology, the game eliminates reliance on centralized servers. Game assets, processes and outcomes are fully verifiable on the blockchain, ensuring transparency, fairness, and complete ownership of player assets.
Crypto Rumble depicts a legendary chaotic world where combat thrives. Players must employ strategies to become the wisest commanders and ultimate rulers of this chaotic realm.
Basic Gameplay
Before starting each match, players select 3 heroes from their hero pool and equip them with gear to enhance attributes. The main objective is to defeat a BOSS of varying attributes.
Battle Mechanics

Turn-Based Combat: During their turn, players match blocks in a classic match-3 style. Successful matches trigger hero attacks on the BOSS.

Win Conditions: Players must defeat the BOSS within a set number of moves. If moves are exhausted or all heroes are defeated, the game ends in failure.

When a hero counters the BOSS attribute, it triggers a 50% damage boost. Conversely, mismatches reduce damage by 50%.

Gameplay Modes
Crypto Rumble features three primary gameplay modes:
1. PvE Mode
In PvE mode, there are two modes, Challenge Mode and Hero Mode, and players need to consume 100 stamina each time they participate.

The classic challenge mode challenges players to defeat BOSSes across 30 levels, with increasing difficulty.

Players consume 100 VIT Points per battle and can deploy up to 3 heroes.

Rewards include experience points(EXP), in-game items, and $GOLD tokens.

Hero Mode offers an upgraded challenge by doubling the BOSS stats, yielding higher rewards.
2. World Boss Mode
Players can challenge the world boss and rank based on their damage compared to other players. At the end of the season, airdrop points are distributed, which can be exchanged for CR governance tokens.

A mining-based mode using the Proof of Useful Work (PoUW) consensus mechanism.

Players pay 1,000 $GOLD to enter (90% of tokens contribute to the seasonal prize pool).

Combat lasts 3 minutes, and rankings are based on total damage dealt. Higher ranks yield greater rewards.

A world boss season last 7 days(UTC-0), with all rewards distributed at the end of each season. Players can freely join or leave.
3. PvP Mode
PVP Arena mode allows multiple players to participate and play against each other.

Each player selects 3 heroes to join the battle.

Choose a bet amount: 100 $Diam, 500 $Diam, or 1000 $Diam .

Select the auto-match system to find an opponent for PvP.

Within a 3-minute limit, players compete based on the damage dealt to the boss.

Damage is calculated the same way as in PVE and world boss modes, based on the number of blocks eliminated.

At the end of the time, the player with the higher damage dealt to the boss wins.
The winner receives 90% of the bet amount, while the platform takes a 10% fee; and additional PK reward in $Diam is also provided to the winner.

Crypto Rumble will launch on Linea mainnets on December 19, 2024. To reward early participants, game assets such as Hero Mystery Boxes and CR & Zypher Points will be airdropped to active users.
