On April 29, a self built house collapsed in Wangcheng District, Changsha, Hunan Province. The accident trapped 23 people. At present, 5 people have been rescued and 39 people are still missing. On May 1, the police in Changsha, Hunan issued a notice.

After investigation, Wu mouyong (the owner, from Wangcheng District) and the person in charge of design and construction, long moukai (from Wangcheng District), Ren mousheng (from Wangcheng District) and Xue mouzong (from Leshan, Sichuan) were suspected of major liability accident crime in the self built house collapse accident.

After investigation, on April 13 this year, Hunan Xiangda Engineering Testing Co., Ltd. (legal representative: Tan, company nature: private, registered place: Yueliangdao street, Wangcheng District) issued a false house safety appraisal report after the house safety appraisal of the self built family hotel (4th, 5th and 6th floors). The legal representative of the company Tan and five technicians, Ning, Tang, Liu and Gong, were suspected of providing false supporting documents.

On May 1, the public security organ has given criminal detention to the above-mentioned nine people. At present, the case is being further handled.
