Old Customs building. It bears a coat of arms with the insignia of the Orders of Christ and Santiago. It has housed, since 1948, the Municipal Library, created in 1873, which operated in the City Hall until the fire that occurred in that building at the time of the proclamation of the Republic, in Setúbal, on the night of the 4th to the 5th of October 1910.

After several renovations, the last one ending in 2016, the facilities were able to host different types of events, whether literary, exhibitions, congresses, lectures, or musical initiatives.
