Year 2023

First Quarter

• Condor Network Mainnet launch.

• Gnosis Safe launch on Condor Network.

• First token release for VCs & Community.

• Core Dev team formalization.

• Community team formalization.

• Start Bug Bounty program.

• Submit application to The Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA).

• Testnet release of the staking module for token holders.

• Redesign the complete product by professional artists.

• Open Headquarters on Decentraland.

• Start negotiations with CEX to list Condor.

Second Quarter

• Close at least 1 CEX deal to list Condor.

• Create video series to help community onboarding.

• Start collaborating with franchises to onboard their users.

• Audit request of the staking module.

• Architecture proposal for Condor Foundation DAO.

• Open public grant for community to build a DEX.

• Open public grant for community to build an ORACLE.

• Open public grant for community to build a BRIDGE.

Third Quarter

• Start marketing campaigns.

• Mainnet release of the staking module for token holders.

• Testnet release for Condor Foundation DAO.

• Testnet release of DEX.

Fourth Quarter

• Close at least 3 CEX deals to list Condor.

• Audit Request for Condor Foundation DAO. 

• Audit Request for DEX. 

• Testnet release of the ORACLE. 

• Achieve 50,000 daily transactions.

• Achieve 500,000 total addresses.

Year 2024

First Quarter

• Second token release for VCs & Community.

• Mainnet release of DEX. 

• Mainnet release of Condor Foundation DAO.

• Start organizing public goods funding through Condor Foundation DAO.

• Sales team formalization.

• Increase core dev team, testers and engineering staff.

• Fund ecosystem grants for public tooling and easy onboarding.

• Start an evangelist program from influencers and technical community members.

• Audit Request for the ORACLE. 

• Testnet release of the BRIDGE.

Second Quarter

• Mainnet release of the ORACLE. 

• Airdrop for community.

• Launch grant  for community to build using the ORACLE and BRIDGE.

• Found Condor Academy to teach web3 for free.

Third Quarter

• Open public grant for community to build a STABLECOIN.

• Open public grant for community to build a DIGITAL ID.

• Audit Request for the BRIDGE.

Fourth Quarter

• Close at least 5 CEX deals to list Condor.

• Mainnet release of the BRIDGE. 

• Release at least 10 ecosystem tools from Condor Academy Program.

• Achieve 5 LATAM countries price feeds alternatives with the ORACLE.

• Achieve 200,000 daily transactions.

• Achieve 1,000,000 total addresses.

Year 2025

First Quarter

• Third token release for Founder, VCs & Community.

• Open Uniswap liquidity positions with Wrapped Condor.

• Architecture proposal for LP FARM.

• Testnet release of the DIGITAL ID.

Second Quarter

• Testnet release of the STABLECOIN. 

• Testnet release of the LP FARM. 

• Audit Request for the DIGITAL ID.  

• Airdrop for community.

• Launch grant  for community to build using the LP FARM and DIGITAL ID.

• Condor Hackathon to fund public goods initiatives.

Third Quarter

• Fund and ramp up top 10 hackathon submissions.

• Mainnet release of theDIGITAL ID. 

• Start exploring the STABLECOIN use case in other LATAM countries.

• Audit Request for the STABLECOIN.

• Audit Request for the LP FARM.

Fourth Quarter

• Mainnet release of the STABLECOIN. 

• Mainnet release of the LP FARM. 

• List Condor in the remaining important CEX.

• Release at least 50 ecosystem tools from Condor Academy Program.

• Achieve 1,000 registered citizens with the DIGITAL ID.

• Achieve 10 different chain alternatives with the BRIDGE.

• Achieve 20 LATAM countries price feeds alternatives with the ORACLE.

• Achieve 800,000 daily transactions.

• Achieve 5,000,000 total addresses.
