Concept Art House is recruiting new partners to work with to build Web3 with us through working remotely! This recruitment is mainly for blockchain developers, community leaders, product marketing leaders, art directors, technical artists, and token economics leaders.

We believe that the intersection of gaming and NFTs present an immense opportunity and are looking for people who share the same belief. Therefore, our development team is looking for its lead web3 developer. This person will be responsible for creating the next generation of NFT experiences and blockchain games. Responsibilities include not only design and implementation but also leading a team of highly capable web3 developers. The ideal candidate is strong technically, has led teams in the past, has shipped web3 apps, and has a passion for games and NFTs.

Task & Responsibilities

Development:

l We have various internal and external projects in which you’ll play a lead development role. Being fluent with both web2 and web3 development is a must.

l Defining and implementing a scalable, structured, and modular code base will set the necessary foundation for future projects.

l We want to be blockchain agnostic as an organization. Being able to integrate with multiple blockchains will be a key to our success.

l Implementing business intelligence capabilities (analytics) and other technical diagnostics (crash reporting, logging, etc) is vital for product health and maintenance.

l We’ll be utilizing our strength in art and visualization so being able to implement creative UI with out-of-box or custom widgets and animations is going to be very important.

l We have multiple in-house and external organizations with which you’ll be in partnership. Being able to collaborate with different groups (product, creative, other engineering teams) is key to success.

Leadership:

l Being a core pillar to the engineering organization, you’ll need to be able to play a role in hiring, lead multiple developers, collaborate with peer leads, and manage expectations upwards.

l Your thought leadership on web3 application development best practices, software, and tools will help keep the team up to speed and current.

Qualifications

l A degree holder in Computer Science, a related discipline, or experience to offset this.

l 5+ years professional engineering experience, ideally in games & entertainment vertical.

l 4+ years of web2 development experience

l 2+ years of web3 development experience

l Having publicly-viewable web3 applications and being able to step through your implementation considerations will be required.

l Participation in the general web3 ecosystem is important. Do you own any NFTs or coins?

l Experience as a technical leader where you were responsible for the performance of a development team.

l Mastery of web development using JavaScript, Typescript, React, Redux, and NodeJS is highly preferred. Alternative frameworks could also be considered where appropriate.

l Experience with web-based 3d and 2d game/rendering technologies (e.g. three.js, pixi.js, etc.) is a plus.

l Experience working with technical artists and 3d artists and the creative pipeline in general.

l Experience with agile project management processes

l Experienced and comfortable with remote team dynamics, process, and tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
