According to Du Lifeng, vice president of the Design Institute of Tianqian Press Group Co., Ltd., at that time, a domestic aircraft manufacturer needed to purchase such equipment, and the quotation of overseas manufacturers was as high as more than 100 million yuan. “When our first set of products was produced, we also participated in the bidding, and then the overseas manufacturers immediately reduced the price by half.” This also shows that tianduan, with core technology, has been able to compete on the same stage with the world’s top suppliers.

Excellent technology and advantageous price are favored by downstream customers. In June and November 2020, tianduan won the purchase orders for the skin comprehensive stretching machine of Shenfei and shanfei respectively.

In the automotive field, in 2020, Tianwang produced a 6400 ton large-scale full servo automatic stamping production line, which is also the country’s first set of major equipment in 2020.

While providing the main equipment, Tianwang also provides the overall solution of a full set of production lines such as manipulator mold, parts, heating device and waste collection for loading and unloading. From the production of single equipment to the automation line, to the full-automatic project and the final intelligent production line, every progress has witnessed the continuous improvement of tianforging technology.

Some of tianduan’s products have been able to help customers realize the black light factory. The so-called black light factory is to make the operation of the whole digital workshop require very little manpower by providing a full set of solutions. “Because of the high degree of automation, the corresponding products can be produced according to the established process through a simple button.” Du Lifeng said.

Behind hard core technology is a huge investment in R & D.

It is understood that tianduan owns the national enterprise technology center of China’s hydraulic press industry and the professional research institute of hydraulic press industry. It has 221 scientific researchers and has undertaken a number of major national science and technology special topics during the Eleventh Five Year Plan and the twelfth five year plan. In the past “13th five year plan” days, forging invested 240 million yuan in R & D.

The first set of CNC skin comprehensive stretching machine mentioned above is also available in the heavy-duty assembly workshop of tianduan. “In order to make users accept and really use our products and recognize that our products have reached the international advanced level of similar products, we invested millions in 2018 and made one for customers to experience.” Because no Chinese manufacturer has made similar equipment before, customers need to use it to decide whether to meet the requirements. After that, we began to have orders one after another.

In recent years, the strong scientific research strength has also greatly improved tianduan’s orders and profits, and increased the competitiveness of core products.
