The moment has arrived,  $PEPU staking is now live, and it's time to put your tokens to work on Pepu Layer 2.

With a current block reward of 6.34 $PEPU per block, stakers now have the opportunity to earn consistent rewards while helping to secure and grow the Pepu ecosystem.

How Staking Rewards Work

Staking rewards are distributed per block, currently at a rate of 6.34 $PEPU.

Your rewards are calculated based on your share of the total staking pool. The more $PEPU you stake, the higher your % of the pool. New stakes are subject to a 7 day lock.

• Per block: 6.34 $PEPU total is distributed

• Your portion: Based on your % of the pool

• Rewards are dynamic and will adjust over time

• Monthly Estimate: (Annual % / 12)

• Daily Estimate: (Annual % / 365)

This model ensures sustainability and fairness as the network grows.

How to Stake

It only takes a few steps to start earning:

1. Visit https://pepeunchained.com

2. Click on the “Staking“ tab

3. Make sure you're connected to Pepu L2

4. Connect your wallet

5. Confirm your $PEPU tokens are on Layer 2

6. Choose your stake amount and hit Stake

Once staked, rewards start accruing block by block

FwB Support Approved

We’re also excited to announce that FwB support has officially been approved for two projects. FwB is Pepu’s initiative to back builders, creators, and developers pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in Web3. The goal? To assist projects that bring real utility, deep community value, and long-term sustainability to the Pepu ecosystem.

Support has been finalized, and while we can’t reveal the recipients just yet, the upcoming integrations will supercharge the communities voice, enhance transparency, and ensure safer and fairer launches on Pepu L2.
