How'd you define yourself?

Transformer, CX innovator, intelligent enterprise enabler, data strategist.

What impact may you, as a business and technology professional, possibly have on humans?

Change the way we do business with digital technologies.

Make them love the digital world.

How do you see the near future? How would you define it? Where do you think the role of CX/UX/EX is in this near future?

More focus on digital value creation supported by UX & AI – especially combined with AI for CX and intelligent AI programs supporting EX & CX as a whole.

How would you describe the importance of CX/UX/EX in Web 3.0 with concepts like Metaverse, NFT, Blockchain, Play to Earn and dApps? How do you become familiar with these concepts?

Opening up the way for experimentation. No one knows how these would pan out. We just have to try & think differently.

How do you think trendsetter brands with many customers/users around the world will follow & lead in Metaverse?

The strategy would need to be crafted well. Without this, it would not add them to be in the Metaverse world.

2022 is more about for me AI for CX and intelligent AI. We need to keep on delivering digital value.
