i don't care what other people think about me, or have any doubt about my choices, i don't want to explain or prove how reasonable, valid or rational a choice is. A choice is just a choice. When it's made, that's what it is and nothing more. A choice doesn't need so many explanations, it's just a result of your mechanism responding to time.
what makes one tired and uncomfortable is we want people to feel happy about our choice, so we have to make up the context the intention the explaining stuff even I really haven't thought so(much) when i made that choice.
sometimes the worse thing is as you explain you start doubting yourself(before others doubting you), which is entirely UNnecessary.
Now i don’t explain, i don't count on any understanding and i carry on. if someone wants to know they know.
