Roll out the Long 9s you Scurvy Dogs!

This latest release introduces the next step for Pirate Nation’s Combat System: Multi-Enemy Combat. Gauntlets now contain multiple enemies, and combat cards and distributions have been updated accordingly to beef up your arsenal.

Game

  • Gauntlets now contain new enemy variants, in up to three slots.

  • New Action Cards have been added, existing Action Cards and distribution have been modified.

  • Drag and Drop Actions to set a default target in battle. Double-click or Shift-Click Actions to attack that default target until it is defeated.

  • Command Rank Points for combat defeat has been adjusted from 10 >>> 5.

  • Fixed a bug in which players with Trade Licenses were seeing the Trade License unlocked pop up when reaching Command Rank 10.

  • The Trick Arrr Treat Quest will be removed in the near future.

Web

  • The Pirate GLTF file can now be downloaded from the Pirate Profile Page.

New Bugs

  • The Rusty Mecha Skiff appears with incorrect ship art.

  • Counterattack Damage VFX appear on the Player’s Ship instead of the enemy.

  • Armor VFX appears when an Evasion Action Card is played.

Future features/work on the roadmap related to combat:

  • Combat balancing is still in progress and we are honing the text for each card.
