Salutations Scallywags!

This week’s release is a small one focused on improving the onboarding experience for new Pirates along with a new batch of bug fixes. The Pirate Nation team is beyond grateful for all the new Players who have been brought into the game and will continue to make improvements whenever possible to give them the most optimal gameplay experience.

Game

• The team added a New Player Task Checklist for improved guidance for new players joining Pirate Nation

• We added an FAQ to the footer of the game page. Scroll down to check it out.

• We fixed a bug in which Quests on cooldown were not showing up as in cooldown and could be attempted again.

• We fixed a bug in which collect Bounties appeared ready to collect again.

• We fixed a bug in which the text search function for the Quests screen did not function.

• We fixed a bug in which the tool tips for large loot tables were cut off onscreen.

New Bugs

• The New User Checklist will appear re-enabled if the browser cache is cleared and the game is re-loaded.

• Please check the GitBook page for a list of known issues with the game at this time.

• Players may need to refresh the game to see updates to the New User Checklist.

• The Collect 15 Marks can only be completed by opening Exploration Chests that award 15 Marks and can also be completed by collecting an Exploration Chest that awards 15 Gold.

• New User Checklist tasks may appear incomplete for existing Players. These will update as Players progress through them.
