Keep a weather eye on the horizon for us, Pirates!

We just launched the largest batch of Jolly Roger partners (32!) and we have many new Pirates out seeking BOOTY Points in all corners of the web3 gaming ecosystem. If you were actively playing Pirate Nation in the 10 days prior to our downtime last week, you’ll also notice a new 404 Chest in your inventory as our way of saying thank you for your patience.

Additionally, we’re speeding up the time it takes to increase your Command Rank by doubling the daily cap and dropping other improvements to the game.

Make sure you’re playing every day to boost your daily multiplier for BOOTY Points and don’t forget to refer your friends!

• We’ve launched a raft of 32 new partners to join us in our eternal quest for BOOTY Points

• We activated the Driftwood 404 Quest, which offers a maximum of 20,000 BOOTY Points to anyone holding a Driftwood 404 item

Game

• Implemented some improvements to PvP stability. Please keep an eye out for any unexpected or odd behavior

• The daily cap for Command Rank points has been doubled

• We dropped the 404 Chest to all players who were active in the 10 days prior to the downtime last week

• We improved the keyboard controls so navigating the game is easier without a mouse

• All of the new music we debuted last month has now been leveled

• We ferreted out some bugs and tossed them overboard while also polishing the game with UI improvements

• We fixed a bug in which the Loreweaver update to the Get Your Sea Legs was not showing up

• We added new options to the Settings page that allows you to adjust the End Turn behavior for PvP and Gauntlets battle turns

• The BOOTY Points pop up has been updated to allow you to copy your Referral Code from it

• The team has laid the groundwork for a game-changing new feature coming out soon

Known Bugs

• In Gauntlets, the Total Relief card is not currently removing the Stun debuff effect

• Clicking the “USE” button several times when opening Chests in your Inventory can cause a negative balance to appear

• When clicking near your Ship when in a menu, it’s possible to click your Ship and start Exploration by accident

• The new player checklist vanishes after finishing Gauntlets, but we’ll pay the ransom to get it back asap so you don’t have to

• Quest search can be set with Available checked by default, this can interfere with the search functionality for this screen

• Using Vampiric Strike may cause an out of sync error when used in PvP Preview against an opponent with an Evade buff active
