Yer eyes be not deceiving ye today, Pirates! The launch of Pirate Skins is here! And wait, did all Pirates in the Infinite Isles just get bigger?!

Game

• A soulbound gift chest will be sent out over the next 24 hours called “Outfitters Uncommon Gift Chest”  containing Pirate skin shards to all players who have been active in the last 7 days

• It takes 5 skin shards of the same type to craft a skin; if you didn’t get enough to create a full skin, trade with others to collect enough on the Proof of Play Marketplace

• You can now equip skins to your Pirates in the Crew menu, very similar to the way you equip Ship skins

• All Pirate avatars in the game have grown by 25%, so all players can show better off their beautiful mugs

• The Shared World feature has wrapped its preview phase and is now available for all Pirates to see each other

• We fixed the Skill increase pop-ups to all use the correct icons

Known Issues

• When applying a skin to a Pirate, that Pirate needs to exit the screen and come back before their appearance is updated for other players

• Ship level metadata does not always update on the Marketplace, so you can refresh it from the Ship collection details page
