The team has also made some changes to Shipwright costs and Hightide Quest rewards.

The Storm now applies an increasing and unremovable damage vulnerability effect (meaning your opponents attacks will become stronger)

The Storm now also penetrates shield effects and ignores damage reduction

The card progression for Health Pirates has been substantially changed

The Fortitude card now provides 50 shield and 20 shield as 2 separate effects

Evasion Pirates have added a couple buffs to the Supply Run and Where They Go?? cards

The Sloop has had its base Stowaway cost reduced again to 1 AP (0 AP if a Cargo Winch is attached)

Sloops level 5 cards have been powered up

Gut Punch now causes paralysis (1 less card draw penalty to opponent next turn) rather than provide a counterattack effect for the user

Accuracy and Speed Pirates have had 1 Concussive Shot card replaced with Gut Punch

Concussive Shot now does 25 damage and the weakness effect is reduced so now 67% damage will get through (example: a 100 damage attack will do 67 instead of 50 damage)

Menacing Blow now costs 2 AP (down from 3 AP) and the weakness effect is reduced so now 67% damage will get through (example: a 100 damage attack will do 67 instead of 50 damage)

The cost for Level 1 Shipwrights has been increased to 555K PGLD and 5500 each of Wood/Iron Ore/Cotton
