PvP has finally arrived and it’s better than ever. You can now battle your fellow Pirates using our onchain matchmaking system that’s good for players new and old alike! Start competing right away for a piece of a 10 million $PIRATE prize pool in the first 2-week PvP event “Legend of Anubis” and also win Bananas and new Ship skins!

Game
PvP is now live onchain and can be accessed from the top icon of the sidebar on the left
You can join the onchain matchmaking queue by clicking the Battle button in the PvP menu
The matchmaking system will quickly measure your skill level and pair you with opponents that will present an appropriate challenge for you
Trophies are the scoring system for PvP: earn them when you win and lose them when you are defeated
Earning Trophies will enable you to reach new Leagues and collect their rewards
Losing too many Trophies will downrank you but your League rewards will remain intact
Decks can now be named and favorited
Your deck builds are now stored in your account and won’t get erased unless you choose to delete them
Thunderstruck has had its AP reduction effect reduced from 5 to 4 AP
The Double Trouble Extreme Encounter has been rebalanced with a new Fire Wyvern
PvP: Legend of Anubis
The Legend of Anubis event is now live and runs for 2 weeks
Compete in PvP matches to climb the leaderboard and unlock exclusive Anubis-themed skins!
BOOTY Points
Season 3 is now over
The team will tabulate results for accuracy and finalize leaderboards in the next day or so
S3 Rewards claims will go live on the Pirate Nation Foundation site in the next few days
BOOTY is no longer awarded for completing actions in the game
Known issues
The Win/Loss information on the PVP Dashboard may appear incorrect until the game is refreshed
Attaching a skin to the Forge building on Parrot’s Perch can cause glitches
There may be no Supreme Lord icon on the PvP screen after reaching the Dread Master League
The League Rewards section may not update immediately upon reaching the League Reward tier
Your PvP opponent’s Trophy count may appear as 0 in the matchup screen
The Battle Indicator might overlap with the Rewards panel on the Victory screen in the Gauntlet
Opening the settings menu during combat (PvP or Gauntlet or World Quests) may cause a game crash
